Walgreens Pharmacy

After getting a hard time with pharmacy staff. Everyone there is now really nice, & friendly. But still having a hard time getting someone to help with getting the right meds from off the shelf. From being told where is at, but no found. No even by the staff after bugging them. But no complaints 👍other than that. Still a work in progress. But they're doing better. :)

I live in Seattle, but when I am in Spokane, this is my go to pharmacy. I’ve had great experiences with one of the managers there named Jill! She is/was awesome to deal with. Thx!!!

When I went to the pharmacy today there were such rude costumers and the pharmacy staff was working so hard. They handled the customer very well and were so pleasant to work with. I hope the staff knows that not all of us think they’re not doing good enough. Thank you for the ones who are working through such a crazy time plus being short staffed! THANK YOU!!!

Open 24/7 and the cigarettes are cheaper then gas stations. Employees always seem to be in a good mood and that is a positive. The pharmacy was great when i used them. My local store and nothing negative about it. Wish you carried the Monster Coffee energy drinks. The starbucks ones you have are SERIOUSLY overprice and there is a Starbucks 15 feet from the store...............

Thankful for an all night pharmacy. My husband was discharged from the ER at 10pm when everyone else closes. Treated respectfully and really appreciate the man who helped us in the pharmacy.

Very helpful with my needs and trying to get my Medicare working so I could get an inhaler prescription filled before leaving they did their best to help me figure it out to walk out with my life saver what great people really do care about their people that come in there

Had to use this circus again. Received text saying my prescription was ready for pick up. Go to pick it up, "we don't have that medication in stock to fill, I can order it though" why did I get a text saying it's ready for pickup? - no clue.

This place is such a joke. Like many of you, I HAVE to use this location as it is the the only Walgreens Pharmacy that accepts the majority of KP insurance.

I've given this place so many chances, and usually break down and HAVE to go here. Each time worse than the last.

No more. I encourage everyone to send their prescriptions to the Kaiser Veradale location just East of Evergreen. Cuz F these bottom of the barrel clowns.

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They will constantly hang up on you. They will NOT give you ANY information. They will beat around the bush. They SHOULD NOT be allowed to be licensed. Someone should look into this place and shut them down. Absolute GARBAGE!

I just got home from getting my son's shot at the pharmacy. Since the line is usually long and slow, we got there plenty early so we didn't miss his pre-scheduled appointment time. When it was finally our turn, the pharmacist told me his last appointment was at 6 (ours was scheduled for 6:30) and demanded to see proof of appointment confirmation. He was rude and didn't apologize for treating me like I lied about the appointment, nor was he the least bit decent about it. It wasn't my fault that he didn't verify the pharmacy shot schedule. It wasn't my fault that he couldn't keep his attitude in check.

Retail companies and pharmacies need to be trained in the art of customer relations and customer service. That age-old knowledge would have avoided a disgruntled customer, as well as this scathing review.

They earned it.

I order photos here because it's faster and cheaper than most places. Well, supposed to be. Every time it's, "one of the photo machines is down."
