Best Buy

I bought the Epson - Pro EX9240 3LCD Full HD 1080p Wireless Projector, and the projection effect on the VIVIDSTORM S ALR screen is very good, the video is very clear, the factory service of this screen is good, the delivery is fast, and the screen quality is very good.

I typically have great experiences at most Best Buy stores. At this location, my niece and I visited here. Upon entry, we were quickly greeted by an employee who welcomed us and asked if we needed assistance. I inquired if I was able to pick up an online order that I had originally purchased at the East side store. We were directed to the Order Pickup window. I explained again. Was informed it could be done, however the transfer process could take anywhere from 5 mins to 45 mins. I was willing to wait. Thankfully, it took 5 mins. I also purchased a protection screen for my Iwatch 2/pk. Customer service was nice and prompt. They also assisted my niece with the return of her merchandise. All went very well.

This might be my new favorite Best Buy in the area. I just found the store to be extremely clean and welcoming. We had multiple employees coming up to us and asking if we needed assistance, the music was perfect for shopping around and the store itself was stocked with items I didn’t even think Best Buy would sell. Overall, very impressed. Especially with David who helped us today in the computer section!!

I love how easy it is to make an account and then make an online purchase to be picked up it says it will be ready in an hour but it was ready in less than 10 minutes. The only thing that was discouraging was the waiting process when I showed up for my order there was only one person at the pickup desk area and out took about 25 minutes to be helped.

Bought a gaming headset here, but had to return it. The return process was so simple and the gentleman that helped me was so courteous and professional.

In addition, every time I've been here before its not like other stores where I have to first find someone to help then run them down and hopefully catch them before they make it to the back, finding knowledgeable help is very easy here.

Review written on Oct, 22, 2022. They had a soft opening about a week or so ago after some renovations. I didn't see a public restroom. Some parts are still blocked off for renovation but it's great to be able to walk around the store.

We love the new look. They took room from the floor for more Warehouse storage as I was told by one of the associates.

We just walked around the store getting familiar with the floor plan before we made our purchases.

Everything looks to be well situated, brands have their specific location. Now they just need more inventory!.

I love Best buy generally and I love Best buy at this location.
More people should be supporting brick and mortar stores like this so you can actually get customer support when you need it.
Buying from a large unnamed company may seem convenient, but it puts a lot of people out of work and that's what makes America operate correctly.

Johnithan, on the GeekSquad Team, was very helpful when I drove from Hope, ID into the valley store on 3/29/2024 needing help with getting my laptop set up to connect to two monitors. I had ordered an adapter on Amazon that was supposed to be compatible with my laptop's c drive. Johnithan researched my specific model and found that it was not. He found me an adapter he knew would work for me. He spent the time to install it and make sure it worked for me before I checked out and left. When I got home all I had to do was plug them in and all my torment was over. Johnithan was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you

Went in to check out TVs. Saved over 1000 on the deals going on for the holiday. Dylan went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and confident in what we were purchasing. Couldn't be happier.

Everytime I've gone here, the help is always satisfactory. And every product I have bought from here has always worked as it should, long lasting and was worth the price. I will always return here for my electronic needs and wants.

Very large store and lots of employees ready to assist. They do a great job here at greeting you as you walk in and directing you where you need to go. They offer excellent customer service and have a Best Buy Credit Card counter where you can apply for your own card. Purchased a television here recently and everything went great. Had my Apple car play installed here and the employee Davin hooked it up!

Pat was great bought surround sound system and all bits and pieces to put together will be busy this weekend

It was one of my best experiences at Best Buy. They have an associate by the name of Shu. I was looking for a watch band for my mom, who is 78 years old and has a very tiny wrist. He was so helpful in opening up the packages and putting it on the Samsung Galaxy Watch to make sure it fit her wrist. Great job, thank you.

David was AWESOME! He definitely had some of the best customer service skills that i’ve seen in the spokane area. He knew almost everything about what monitors would be best for my new setup. The other location was nowhere near as helpful and I will absolutely be coming back here to get everything necessary for my setup and it’s all thanks to David! Need more employees like this in stores!

This is my go to place for anything electronic. Very competitive prices. I always compare prices between here and Amazon and most of the time they beat Amazon. Customer service reps are knowledgeable and helpful and their Extended warranty is second to none. One of the main reasons I go there is for the warranty. Highly recommend Best Buy in Spokane Valley Mills Tyler Best Buy’s when you’re looking for something electronic.

We will definitely be shopping there more often. Staff was super helpful and was capable of answering all our questions we had.

I came in to replace a lost/stolen iPhone last month and I had the best service experience. I had LeShay, Will D., and Jillian all assist. Because of them I didn’t make the mistake of buying an outdated device. I also got 1:1 help accessing and transferring my data, all without having to change my plan. A really awesome experience after a not so lucky one. Thank you for taking care of me and making it easy.

Large, diverse selection of goodies at reasonable prices. Not overly crowded. Plenty of convenient parking. Friendly check-out clerk. It was a good experience. (Nice selection of espresso machines, by the way.)
