Ok so I have to tell you the facts and the absolute truth about Pirate Traders so please, you might want to be sitting down. Ok are you sitting? Ok. Let me start with a little bit about myself. I have been playing guitar for 40+ years. With that said I have to tell you. In my opinion. "this is the best retail business - music store on the planet!! Period!!" If you do not visit this place, YOU ARE MISSING OUT!! To me this place is the 8th wonder of the world. Whether you are a musician or not I promise you will be happy that you visited Pirate Traders. Jason the owner of this wonderful establishment is a super great human being. He doesn't have a peg leg or a hook for a hand nor does he wear an eye patch but with Jason at the helm you will feel more than at home. Now if you misbehave he might have you walk the plank but that will be up to you. ARRGH!! Have a great day.......Brett...............

This place is an awesome hidden gem for anyone who likes guitar, bass, vinyls, cassettes and pretty much anything music related! Great selection of many genres of music!

Great selection of vintage hifi and guitars! A lot of super cool records cds and tapes. The proprietor was super knowledgeable and friendly.

Beyond awesome! Both his and his wife's stores are the ones (jewels)we will be back to look in.

I was surprised by how much different equipment the guy had the place was really nice. If you like Marshall's definitely check them out. I like them so much I'm buying a T-shirt from now on. That's the local store. I'm probably gonna be going to.

Jason is very knowledgeable on many aspects of vintage equipment, musical equipment and is easy and fun to deal with. I love this place!

I have restarted listening to vinyl and was uncertain if my 1990 Techics turntable was up to the task. Jason was extremely helpful at hooking up the unit and checking it out. He was very knowledgeable and answered my numerous questions about care of the turntable as well as vinyl records in general. Love his shop! Will definitely be back!

Jason is awesome, no pressure and knows his stuff. I'm a first time buyer, he walked me through his stock (lots of cool vintage stuff) and let me fumble on many guitars occasionally checking in on me. He gave me a package deal - very happy with my purchase.

Jason rules. If you need anything audio gear wise, look no further. He knows his stuff, and everything in his shop has been gone through by qualified technicians. The first time I went in, he told me he doesn't sell anything that he wouldn't personally use at home. That meant a lot to me. He's gotten me great deals on receivers, helped me with turntable parts, and been a wealth of great conversation and gear knowledge. Would highly recommend stopping by, even for just a chat.

I have known Jason for quite some time now, his youngest brother Ryan and I have been band mates for several years. Amazing selection of vintage audio equipment and breweriana with ridiculously low prices. Scored some gorgeous vintage Pioneer speakers and a couple beer signs. Will definitely make sure to pop in anytime we're in the area!

Took my daughter here when she broke her string. Not only did he fix it right away, talked with her and showed her how to use the tuner so she didn’t brake a string again. The place is awesome and we will definitely be going back!
