Sam's Stop N Shop

Nice place to shop has a little bit of everything that you could possibly need one shopping at a convenience store and the owner Sam is extremely respectful and a stand-up guy honest and caring. It's definitely my go-to place when needing to go to a convenience store the only thing it would need to make it all around the best would be gas pumps LOL but other than that I love shopping there and will continue doing so

The owner of store is the BEST!! I went into sam's after a bad experience at another convenience store. He helped me right away, went above & beyond what any convenience store has ever done for me. I got my vape, plus he ordered for more stock so it would be there when I came back in. Which now is the only place I get my vape, plus other things. I recommend 1,000% get what you need, which they have everything you could need. Go now you'll be very happy you did. 😊

We were robbed in Spokane today and this company was caring and concerned for us and checked to if they had information for the police, they were very kind to me

the indian kid and the old guy (sorry dude) in the morning are awesome! super friendly staff and this is my favorite convenience store for sure.

Spokane Valley Public please be very aware of the charges added a Credit Or Debt Transaction.
Sign said $1.29 for fountain pop as the transaction was processing & the charge was $2.29 The “Little BOY” tried to charge me $1.00. I immediately brought that to his attention he started SCREAMING AT ME & TOLD ME I WAS BAND and get this… he grabbed the fountain pop & told me to leave. I have never had such a bazaar, crazy experience.
When I got home I immediately checked the reviews and several SEVERAL PEOPLE HAVE NOTICED EXTRA CHANGES ON THEIR Receipts as well
This has nothing to do with the $2.29 charge of a fountain pop it’s the embarrassment while customers watched him scream at me because I caught him over charging me!!

Very rude staff, and the prices were very unreasonable. You could tell whoever it was working there didn’t want to be there. I won’t go back there again.

Place is a complete rip off the guy over charged us. Almost $90 for a few items very scetchy do not shop here!!!

Stopped for $20 worth a gas to credit card company put a 24 hour hold on a $150 out of my checking account. How can this be logical business

Pay attention, if you can figure them out, to your receipts. Been over charged 2xs here recently. Also good luck figuring your receipt out. Doesn't even tell you what you bought, doesn't break down tax just a total with a bunch of mumbo jumbo about the transaction. Better know what your stuff should cost, and hopefully your not like me, and lived and shopped here 2 years before I ever looked at my receipt. The very first time I looked they had over charged me. I wonder how many times in 2 years they did it and got away with it.

Owner refuses to follow laws with foodstamps and charges tax(ebt is tax exempt)also kicks you out of the store when you try to inform him its illegal to charge tax on ebt cards. I dont think ill be goin in again anytime soon.

I was over charged for a pint of Tennessee Honey by $6.00. When I questioned it, I was told that is the price including the taxes. I went home and checked the WA State calculator and they had indeed over charged me. I'm not a happy camper! I won't be shopping there any more.
