Always a good store, we’ve had two really good visits recently, working with Van. He shared his knowledge of baseball and helped us fully equip for the upcoming season. He’s got a pretty good swing too.
Best service we’ve had anywhere recently! Ryan and the register did a good job as well.

Emma is an amazing associate! She was friendly, efficient and went above and beyond. Plus, in the 5 years I've been buying Suncloud sunglasses almost yearly, she's the first sales rep to have mentioned their product protection.

Trevor was so amazing!!! My mom and I were looking for the hot pink Stanley, and we thought they were sold out. Then as we were about to leave he found us one!!! Great customer service and so kind! Thank you so much Trevor!

Needed some track shoes for my son. I was so pleased with Douglas at the Spokane Valley location. He was so knowledgeable and picked out the perfect shoe for my son’s needs. He explained to my son the differences between a few pairs and made sure they fit him just right. I can’t say enough positives about our experience. Stock was better and found a few items. Cashier was friendly and I was so happy I had a cash reward she mentioned.
No Christmas music due to CD not arriving cashier said, so was not festive shopping. I would suggest turning on a Christmas station. Music for the holidays makes people happy and will most likely shop longer.

Went there today to have my daughters bike hopefully fixed. They were SO helpful, kind, and friendly. They went above and beyond to insure that my daughters bike was safe. I will be going back for any future sporting need.

Bought bike online to pick up in store. Awesome deal, great service (built and tuned and ready all same afternoon), cashier was super funny and seemed so genuinely excited to help... at less than an hour before closing time. As a former cashier, that's huge. The cherry on top was when they told us they keep bike VINs on record for 5 yrs, saving us a trip to register it and preventing a huge headache in case of theft. Just a really classy touch. Will be back in the future, and seeing as we drove 2.5 hrs to get there and 2.5 back, that says all you need to know! 💯👍👍

Love coming here. We were able to grab some excellent basketballs for an excellent price. We caught them on sale. The staff is also super cool.

We visited both the North Spokane and the one in Spokane Valley to purchase bikes for my husband and I. Both had awesome sales people but the clerk in North Spokane, Abbey, was hands down the friendliest gal I have had the pleasure of working with in Washington in a long time.
