Wake Up Call - Sullivan

This is absolutely the best wake up call location I have ever been to. Everyone is friendly, and the drinks are always made to perfection. Tenya is the absolute best! She helped make sure my very large order was taken care of, and she did it all with a smile. I was so grateful for her professionalism and everything turned out perfectly. Thanks to her attention to detail. I will drive out of my way to always come to this location simply because of her and the wonderful team at the store.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting wake up call when I was visiting Spokane and it’s a very cozy establishment and welcoming atmosphere that offers more than coffee!

The highlight of my visit was the service Tenya provided as she was very enthusiastic and very good at her job! She handled everything with care and was very quick with everything she did!

I recently moved to Texas and I cannot find a good coffee shop anywhere. When I receive text messages regarding all the great deals Wake-up call offers, it makes me crave it!

I am a forever customer to Wake Up Call! This location is easy to access, especially if you grocery shop at Fred Meyers, and their employees are always kind! Emma served me yesterday with a smile on her face and a great attitude! Not to mention the drink was (and is always) delicious! Will definitely be returning.

Emma was super friendly and got me my order quickly. I don't usually go to Wake Up Call, and she kindly helped me figure out what drink I wanted. It was also nice not waiting in a huge line on the way to work!

I love the Sullivan store the best of all others. All staff is great but I never miss going on the weekends because I know that’s when Shelby will be there. She truly is a gem. Always has a friendly smile, very professional, and makes a great drink. She truly should be recognized for excellent customer service and your business is lucky to have her.

Great coffee shop. always fast service, easy parking lot/drive thru, and they seem to have more flavors than most places around.

I don’t really drink coffee but I decided to treat myself this morning and boy I’m glad I did. I was helped by Mysah, I think she said she’s new and still in training but could have fooled me! I told her things I like and she recommended the Double Decker and I enjoyed it very much. I will definitely be coming back!

I am a frequent flyer at wake up call and Alexandra Guthrie is my favorite barista I always see! She is always so sweat and amazing, knows THE BEST flavor combinations and is always making sure I’m well caffeinated before I start my day. She’s literally the best and the reason I always go to this location

Wake up call is amazing ! My go to for my coffee needs. Alexandra Guthrie is the best! And my son loves the smootie she makes him. I love when she makes our drinks! And my son says no one makes his smooties better. Her smile and positivity makes the trip worth while! Definitely will be coming back and hopefully getting drinks made by her! Thanks!!

Wake Up Call is by far my favorite coffee shop in Spokane. The Sullivan location has the fastest service and the most friendly staff in my experience. Tenya has the best drink suggestions when I want to try something new and I know I can always trust her to make me something great!

I have been a regular at this Wake Up Call for quite some time now, and I must say, the service provided by Krissy always exceeds my expectations. Not only does she craft the most delicious coffees with precision and care, but her warm and welcoming demeanor truly enhances the experience.

Eve always makes my drink(or drinks) extremely fast and has never gotten my order wrong. She always comes to the window with a welcoming smile and hello, and sends me off with a positive goodbye. I’ve never had a complaint with Eve and would recommend her with wake up call to any friend of mine!

I go to this wake up call often because of how close it is and how nice the baristas are!! I choose wake-up call over all the other local stands because of how my drinks are consistent and always good! Shout out to my fav girls at the stand Eve and Shelby for always being so great!!

Shelby is the best! She always greets every customer with a smile and makes your drink before you even get to the window. Not to mention, the best tasting drinks. She’s consistently AWESOME, and so kind! Sullivan is lucky to have her!!

Wake up call has become my favorite coffee stop. They are fast at getting your drink, the staff is always friendly and they have the best jalapeño cheddars bagels!!! If you stop by the Sullivan location, ask for Alexandra Guthrie, she makes the best drinks and is one of the nicest barista’s!

This place is amazing. I’ve been coming here for years and somehow the current baristas have made it the best part of my morning. I’ve had Tenya and Kayla for a while now; somehow they never seem to disappoint with attitude or service. Eve, Krysten, Emma, Kiara, and Shell are not to go unmentioned. They deserve to be praised as much as anyone. I truly enjoy going and getting the service at the highest level possible. It doesn’t hurt that my drink taste the same no matter which one makes it. That cant be said for all coffee shops.

I love this Wake Up Call location! Shelby and Eve always meet me with a smile and know my order before I even reach the window. They always brighten my early morning commute to work. Keep smiling and making the best coffee in town ladies!

I bought a coffee here today and let me just say that this place has the fastest service around. Krissy made my coffee perfectly, and was so light hearted and fun. My experience was great and krissy exceeded my expectations. If I could rate more stars I would.

Love Wake Up Call! Especially the Sullivan location. My drinks come out made correctly and delicious. Kiara is always helpful and smiling and gives fantastic recommendations on yummy drinks and food. Do yourself a favor and get a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast Sammy on a Jalapeño Cheese bagel!

Krissy makes my coffees all of the time and they're always amazing! She has wonderful customer service and is always smiling and it makes my day! Thankyou so much! The best coffee stand out here.
