Had a great experience at the Pines/Sprague Walgreens. Prescription was filled rapidly after being sent in from the physician and the pharmacist was super knowledgeable about the medication. Entire staff was very friendly and professional.

It’s the night before thanksgiving and my dog had to go to the ER immediately after I was at work and my phone is nearly dead. I’m stranded and calling anywhere that’s open to try and find somewhere that has a portable charger and here it was! the two employees up front were extremely helpful and kind and helped me find exactly what I was looking for which saved my night :) submitting this mostly so that their manager knows how good they’re doing. Thanks again!!!

Their photo department was so amazing to me and the organization I was printing the Calendars for. I messed up an order that was already sent in and they spent hours correcting it and made it perfect. I was so incredibly thankful for their work and determination to fix my mistake. Can't recommend enough!

Speaking specifically for the pharmacy, they did an amazing job helping me get a medication prescribed. It was the only place where I could get a fill at the time and Garrett was an excellent and resourceful help. When I arrived as well the staff was friendly and helpful even though the time I had went in they were slammed. If you have a fill needed here I’d completely recommend.

I like Walgreens. They are always nice clean stores that are extremely user friendly. The people that work there have great personalities and excellent customer service skills. Perfect place for a quick trip to the store.

This is where I get all of my insulin and I'd like to say that no matter how busy it is or how rude people are to the Pharmacy crew, they always treat me with kindness and smiles and joyfulness. I appreciate that and love the people here. Don't change, stay kind. Thank you!

Josh in the pharmacy is an absolute delight. Both times I visited, the pharmacy was incredibly busy and he remained light and warm. He is always very cheerful and willing to help in any way he can. Thank you Josh, you’re an asset to your team.

I’ve now had to really amazing experiences in the photo department. The first was when I was putting a scrapbook together for my mother‘s memorial and I was there for two hours copying pictures and the staff helped me navigate the program and the woman at the photo department helped me cut and shape all the pictures. The last was when I went to take my passport photo picture, I came back two hours later because I didn’t like the picture and she retook several as I adjusted my hair and didn’t charge me again. Sometimes it’s a the little things that mean so much. But I’m so appreciative. Sincerely your valued Walgreens customer ❤

Always friendly!! The pharmacy department is great- they are always upfront about options and friendly. I just got my passport pictures taken and they were ready in 5 minutes!!! The woman taking them was so nice and made it a treat to go. I love going there !

My kids and I stopped in around 5:30 in the morning to grab something and get something to drink before I headed to work. I get a little bit of food stamps and im in between checks and my EBT card all the sudden has a chip in it so it won't read, so I tell this amazing cashier that we can just take those off and instead of doing that she has her manager bring her own debit card out and pays for it for us. I really don't know how to make sure she knows how much I appreciate it. It might have only been $5 but what she did was worth so much more then that.

Photo department does a good job and the manager is very kind and professional. I had a small issue and after reaching out to customer service- the manager called me back a few days later and made the situation better. I appreciate that a lot.

I am from out of town and had to get a prescription filled for my wife who was having surgery. The girl at the prescription counter was very helpful, I had to wait for a few minutes for my order. I stopped by the photo center and the lady there helped me with some pictures. A great shopping experience !!

Excellent customer service! An employee took me right to the product I had been looking for, not just pointed me in the general direction.

Then the sales woman who rang up my purchases alerted me that one of the cosmetic packages was empty! I hadn't noticed.

i just love this store especially all the wonderful staffs here. But there is one particular employee that always put a big smile on her face every time i walked in the store and her name is Marcia. She is so friendly, so helpful, and she’s got some really good customer service. I love this store and i love the friendly atmosphere in it, i always recommend my friends and family members to go shop at this particular store because the staffs are so nice and welcoming 💯👍🏽

Best Spokane Valley pharmacy and store, has always been reliable. The manager there, Rod, is terrific. Goes out of his way to help people and so does the pharmacy staff. Thank you!

Love our local Walgreens. Great place to get household essentials at a great price without going to a big box store. Fast and easy. They also accept OTC priduct purchases.

It's Walgreens, no huge surprises with format, inventory, or pricing. But, a convenient pharmacy and well stocked drug store is appreciated.

Walgreens is the only store (that I know of) that sells Jujubes and I just have to stop in to grab a few boxes from time to time.
