Kohl's

I’ve never been to Kohl’s-signed up for a card and luck had it-picked the lane with someone unfamiliar with the process. Their customer service is spectacular! Clerk met the challenges head-on, remained patient and smiling/joking through some of the system issues. Found some clothes that fit me (just right-not easy) and prices/deals were great! Went back within a couple days and pieced another outfit together!

First of all I had 2 Amazon returns. The clerk was efficient and friendly. I made a purchase also, so up front to the registers. Despite a clerk change I waited maybe 5 minutes. Great service!

I had many choices, nice fitting rooms. Thanks to Shannon in Spokane valley who checked out my purchase. She was nice, very efficient and friendly during the busy Christmas rush hour.

Kohl's is a great place to shop for so many things! You can always find many markdowns at a super price aside from all the other offerings they have to shop for. The best part is they take care of those who shop there and/or carry their Kohl's card by offering additional discounts to use when you return. Such a great deal it makes me want to shop there even more!

Love this store. Great sales always on everything, reasonable prices and quality products. Show department is one of the better and affordable ones.

Abbey checked me out. She was helpful and friendly with all the discounts and coupons. Young and vibrant is a refreshing concept these days!

Spokane Valley Kohl's Store has the best customer service I've ever had, & I'm 72 years old, & moved here from California to live with our son & daughter-in-law because of health problems!!! Thank you, Kami, for all your help with my order!!! I could have never got it ordered without you!!! Your manager is so very lucky to have you!!!

There was a "relatively new", her words, cashier at the Spokane Valley Kohl's and her name is Cash. She had an awesome attitude and I hope she'll be cashiering the next time I go shopping.

My dad and I went to Kohl's to look for clothing and Christmas stuff.
We didn't buy anything, but the store was well kept and organized.

Love Kohls. Clothes are nice quality and priced well.

I had to get on here and give Rachel some love. I was in there on 10/19 around 3:30 or so, and she was by herself calling for help numerous times with no response from anybody. Rachel, you did great, you managed to clear the line in a matter of minutes by yourself, and kept all the customers happy. I wish I could give her more stars because your awesome. Keep up the good work Rachel.

It was a pleasant experience, from the stuff greeting you and try to help you to find out what are you looking for, deals, sales and costumer service. Very nice 😊

Good place to find what you need. There was a lot to choose from, and my wife found everything she was looking for and then some. Staff is great and very helpful. Kohls is becoming our new favorite clothing store. Oh, and the bathrooms are super clean and well maintained.
