Elliott's Boots Shoes and Sandals

My Girlfriend, her boys and I recently went to Elliott's Boots Shoes and Sandals on Campbell Station Road, in Farragut (which is part of Knoxville, TN technically). We were shopping for the boys, they needed Shoes for School, Hoka is there brand for the foot problems. I personally love Wolverine Work Boots and my Girlfriend prefers KEEN Hiking Boots. The boys like Hoka and Salewa shoes. This location on Campbell Station is nice, lots of space to move around especially if your in a wheelchair like I am. I had no problem parking right outside the door in a Handicap space and no problems with Store entry either. Their store is clean and organized too. The Staff are friendly & helpful.

I shop every birthday and Christmas at a minimum, and their inventory is always up with newest online releases.

I could not recommend a better place to shop and maybe become a regular customer that they remember each time I visit.

Update, the bottom was my original experience. I just came again today, and Aaron helped me. The boots I've worn for 20 years give or take is no longer made. He helped in every way until I was satisfied. Thanks Aaron.

I’ve been coming to Elliot’s for years. They are always friendly and helpful. But I always went to the western av location. Today I went to the one in Farragut. No one said anything to me. Acted like I wasn’t even there. So I’m going to the one on western

Went in yesterday checking out the awesome sale they have on sandals. I found a cute pair of Chacos for my friend in her size but didn’t in mine. The super nice lady who worked there (I didn’t get her name but had shoulder length brown hair) called the other locations to see if they had those same sandals in my size and sure enough they did! They are being shipped to my home for free today. Best customer service I’ve received in a long time! There was another gentleman in the store with longer brown hair who helped me as well and was very attentive. I see other comments saying the shoes are expensive, Elliott’s sell high quality brands so you get what you pay for. Check them out!!

They have a wonderful staff working there! Katie was very helpful in giving me some insight on the type of shoes I need for my job. She was able to help me with a return at the end of the day while still being in a good mood and not making me feel rushed whatsoever! The manager that was working there was kind abd friendly as well, highly recommend!!!

Y’all have to go and see Brandy at Elliot’s in Farragut! She has always been such an outstanding, over and above sales associate when I have been looking for new shoes! I always ask for her because she is so wonderful. I’ve experienced her customer service with purchases in person, purchases over the phone, returns, and checking for available items and she will go to the ends of the earth to get you fixed up. I have a hard time finding the correct work boot and ordered 3 seperate pairs. Heather was patient and professional and I will continue to buy my work boots from Elliots. Thank you.

Knowledgeable friendly staff. Excellent Service. Family owned. Great selection. My orthopedic supports were too big for my shoes and squeezed my feet, plus sometimes my feet swell. I loosened by shoe laces, but it didn't work. My Orthopedic Supports also had a bigger heal, my shoes have a heal (tennis, work, dress all have some sort of heal) but my HEEL was TOO HIGH, and my toes slide to the front of my shoe, so I needed flat shoes. Staff provided flat shoes, wide near the toes (helps when things swell), and shoes that were DEEPER to fit my shoe support and my orthodic support feel BETTER on my feet, like they were designed to fit, and they work better! HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Alley at the western Ave store was extremely helpful and patient! She was very knowledgeable about the shoes I was needing and patient with all the questions I threw at her!She stayed with me until I was satisfied with my choices and never rushed me. I will return! (I will ask for Alley when I do!)

I have used the same sales lady (Brandy Nyberg) everytime I go to Elliotts and she never steers me wrong. I tell her what I am looking for and in a few minutes she has me fixed up and out the door. And if she doesn't have exactly what I am looking for then she will somehow find it for me somewhere else. I go back because of her helpfulness and knowledge of the products. Best customer service of any store I've been in.

The thing that sets them apart from other retailers is the customer service. Every person in there is friendly and very knowledgeable. We especially like working with Michelle the Assistant Manager. She is so helpful every time we go there. She helps ease my hubby from the anxiety of the higher priced items (name brand...you really do get what you pay for). We will continue to shop here for our shoe/sandal/boot needs. Plus they give a military discount!

The staff was super friendly amd helpful. Almost left because I needed something specific and I thought I had exhausted all of my options, but the sales assoc. kept working with me, and we ended up fimding something that was perfect! Will definitely be going back.

I have shopped Elliott’s for more than 25 years, and they are my “go to” to buy shoes, sandals, work boots and cowboy boots. They’re always competitive with other area stores and are extremely helpful with finding the right footwear. If they don’t have it, they’ll order it! I am so happy with my purchase! I wasn’t gonna go in because Elliots is known for having the top name brands and I assumed unaffordable. WRONG! As soon as I walked in I caught eye contact with Brandy who is the best they have! I really don’t know anyone else but she was so nice and so informative and helpful. We talked about my foot and in between shoe sizes and the very first pair she had me try, fit like a glove. I felt like Cinderella! I bought the shoes and they were so affordable, I also bought 2 pair of socks with a lifetime warranties. I almost didn’t go in and I am so Thankful I changed my mind!! I will be singing Brandy’s praises for a long time and the next time I need a damn good pair of shoes Elliots is the place for me!! A million Thank you’s to Brandy!!

My husband is super picky about his boots and this is the only place he will buy them. If they don't have what he wants they can usually order them. Today was a special event though. We bought boots and a wind pouch about a month ago. There was a defect in the wind pouch and they exchanged it no problem. My husband tried a new brand of boot and the soles didn't hold up. They looked at the receipt that they were able to pull up by my name (because I had lost the original copy) and gave me a refund. That kind of customer service is why we will be returning and buying anouther pair of boots soon. Thank you for setting a wonderful example of a good business.

Spent $150 on both my wife and myself. Love this place, great service. TBH, it's always better when you are spending company money.
