We took my Mom, who is 87 to find shoes that fit properly, and would help her keep her balance when she was out of the wheel chair and walking. The lady who helped us was kind, patient, understanding and gentle. She scanned her feet and found just the right pair, in a color she liked. Fantastic service!

She asked me questions about what I was looking for, measured my feet, went to the back and came out with options. I tried a few pairs and had several questions. I was impressed with Maggie's knowledge and genuine willingness to help me. That was a breath of fresh air! She was able to fit me into exactly what I was looking for. We always come to Fleet Feet for our shoes/insole needs. Their knowledge about the shoes and accessories they sell is unmatched. I could spend all day on YouTube trying to figure out what to buy but just 30 minutes with them and I'm matched up with the perfect shoes. We have worked with several of their associates but Daniel(who wears the hat) is the one we will wait on to work with. He seems to know all the items he sells intimately and will get you matched up with the right shoes to suit your needs or in our case to help our running injuries. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment for their 30 minute fitting and let them 3D scan your feet to get you in the best fitting shoes, and don't forget the insoles are just as important as the shoes themselves.

Let me start off by saying that this is the first shoe store to which I have ever been where the first pair of shoes recommended fit perfectly. This is in part due to their foot scanner which makes a computer model with various measurements including length, width, arch height, instep height and others. It is also due in part to attentive and knowledgeable staff that are able to take these readings and their own knowledge of footgear to make an amazingly precise recommendation. Great experience, great purchase, I will be coming back in the future.

My experience here was nothing short of incredible. I had never had a proper fitting for a shoe and I was like a kid in a candy store. The level of service and attention the staff provided me was so amazing. Allen was particularly SO helpful as he spent an hour of his day trying to get me the perfect fit as my feet are weirdly shaped. The 3D scan feature was really cool. 100% book an appointment like I did as they are busy all of the time. This was one of my favorite retail experiences ever!!!!

Made an appointment and came in for a fitting. Daniel helped me with the scanning and took several minutes to go through the results in detail and discuss issues I have with shoes and what I find comfortable.

After, he asked if I had any color preferences and came out with several different options. Some fit better than others, but the last pair he brought out was the most perfect fit of any shoe I've had todate.

Great experience and Daniel was really helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood the results and why certain things worked.

This store is amazing! It was my first time visiting and I needed new shoes for some extreme pain I've been having in my feet. Iwas told they can scan your feet and find shoes that meet your needs. They seem very organized and very smart following health guidelines. Amanda was wonderful to work with, she helped find the right shoe for me. She made things understandable and genuinely cared for the customer. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The store was very neat and clean. Allie was amazing! She scanned my feet, explained the results, and brought out several shoes for me to try on. As we were fitting the shoes, she did a great job listening to my feedback and narrowing in on the best shoe for my feet. I left happy and will return in the future! The experience here is light years better than trying on shoes at a typical shoe store!
