Publix Super Market at Turkey Creek

I love Publix! Great selection. Their bakery is the best in town. My only complaint is they are not making my favorite donut!!! (Powder sugar long John filled with buttercream). Why Publix??? I would time my visits because you always ran out!! Do I need to special order them now?

If you want the best, thickest, scrumptious sub, go to Publix Deli. The food in the deli is always fresh, always delicious.

Their sales in the store are amazing. BOGOs on so many products, including meats, ribs, roast, etc. If you have not been to Publix, make a trip. You will love it!

Store is always clean. Deli sandwiches are THE BEST!! Employees are always helpful. Fresh produce. Great buy one get one free deals every week. Their app is great. When you make a list it tells you exactly which aisle to go to.

Not only am I constantly pleased with the produce, organization, and sales I pop in for, but the employees at Publix Farragut are always a delight! I choose Publix Farragut due to the friendliness, help, and smiling faces each time I shop there. Y’all are making a difference!

Very nice grocery market with wonderful department selections. Lovely bakery, deli, floral, produce, pharmacy & meat department with so much variety. The store was very clean, employees helpful, reasonably priced, short checkout lines & very friendly cashiers & baggers. Very nice, big & well lit parking lot w/plenty of handicap accessible parking. Conveniently located in the Turkey Creek area of Knoxville/Farragut TN & very close to other shopping, restaurants & hotels. Would recommend this store for your grocery & pharmacy needs.

The manager didn't point me in the right direction. Nope, he walked with me to make sure that I found what I was looking for! Super clean and awesome employees!

PS Some of their customers have their noses in the air, but that just leaves more on the bottom shelves for us!

Always great, we'll stocked and clean. Only minus is their prices. I know its all publix stores but I swear the ones in Orlando were reasonable it seems.

BEST SUSHI in knoxville!!! Not comparing it to a $30 sushi roll at a sit down restaurant but as grab and go market like Kroger or whole food, the sushi here are the best. Very fair prices (much cheaper than whole food) for better quality. The young lady makes the sushi fresh daily with beautiful care and craftsmanship. Whatever roll I want, I just ask her to make it and she’ll have it ready in less than 10 minutes. When I have a party, I call ahead the day before and place an order for 4 party trays of sushi, I came in at 9 A.M the next day and she had it made fresh and ready. I love coming here just to grab some sushi for lunch or dinner, very easy. Also on Wednesday they have $5 sushi rolls which are such a great deal but hurry before they're sold out, very popular. The Sushi are so beautifully made and taste great, the young lady that makes the sushi is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place for Sushi lovers, honestly the only reason I even go into Publixs

Came in for a particular item...couldn't find it. Meghan in the Customer Service Department walked me right to the correct aisle and shelf! What a Wonderful Way to give Customer Service!! She's a gem.

I ordered some catering trays for the holidays. The food was really good and prepared as advertised. The service at the store was even better than the food. I will definitely use this service again.

I ordered Cupcakes for my Son's valentine party The person that answered the phone was just everything He placed my order and just was on point ...And the staff when I checked out was All customer friendly Everyone was so nice 🙌🏾

Quality, clean well laid out. Prices are high on some things but if you look for the great deals they are to be found

This Publix is great, I save my bi-weekly shopping to come here as I live 2 hours away but it’s clean, the sales are great and the customer service is almost always top notch. Hannahbelle who works in the deli, is by far my favorite employee. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied customers when having meat sliced. She is very friendly and knowledgeable on the products. It’s always an experience when she’s there. My only complaint for this location is when I order subs online an hour or two ahead of time (never during rush hour) but they are never ready when I arrive to get them. I have always had to wait 10-20 mins after to get them and that’s only after an employee asks me why I’m waiting.

Love this store! Friendly service and great deli! The deli was out of containers today and put warm veggies in small foam containers and shrink wrapped them. I was a little surprised that Publix would send food out like this. Green beans and corn both leaked, no surprise.

Best fruit in town ... I was shocked at how good everything was (strawberry, grape, cantaloupe, ect) .. Freshest I have found in KNOXVILLE... Worth the drive ... Top notch store. 👍

The store was well stocked and staffed. Didn’t have to wait in a line to checkout even though it was busy. Employees were friendly.

We have switches to Publix for all of our shopping after seeing how amazing their staff, selection and deals are. You will always leave with a smile on your face.

I’m from Florida and was overjoyed and. I saw Publix was coming to Farragut several years ago. Saw the billboard on my way from a showing with a client looking for their new home. Made my day the. And everyday since!
