Very clean and spacious Jcpenny store. The store had a variety of items as well as many different sizes and styles.

This location does have a Sephora attached as well.

We were able to make a quick return and browse around at other items in the store.

The cashier was helpful and very friendly. Based upon this visit I would return again.

I went to the salon and Niki Hopson fixed me right up...as a mom of 8 I haven't never had my hair done and I got this as a Christmas gift and I am absolutely in love . I posted a before and after so you can see how much work she did...hit her up she is friendly, perfessional and honest!

I don't remember when I've had such awesome customer service as I had today in your store. Sonal Bartow ( I think this is correct spelling ] & Jamie Bass went over & beyond to help me out today with a return & getting an order placed for something they didn't have in stock. Thank you both so much, especially as I'm on a cane & walking can be difficult.

Nice store. They have a good selection of tall clothes for men. Cashier was very friendly.

There was a lady in the apparel department that was so nice and SOO helpful. I was shopping for business clothes and had no clue what I was doing and she helped me find amazing options and kept checking up on me and bringing me more items to try! I was so amazed and happy with my experience!

I would like to write this positive review on the supervisor ( Becky Nagle) on duty Wednesday night. I shopped in J.C. Penny's Turkey Creek Monday 12/13/2021.Being elderly my daughter took me shopping all day in the store . After checking out wishing our sales associate “Merry Christmas “ we gathering our purchases and left the store. The next morning I was sorting purchases for each persons to put in boxes to realize I had items missing . My first instinct call immediately as I did Michele pulled a shirt for replacement as day went on I realized the most important gift was missing I called and got Becky absolutely so calm nice and did as she said she’d do check it by register number and transaction number that I gave her and she called me with good news… she couldn’t find the bag left behind but next best thing was she went on a search to find the items that had been put back. Excellent outcome she called and had pulled my items out put my name on them and put a copy of my paid receipt up front for me to pick up. This is true customer service attitude from Becky thank you so much . Made my Christmas 🎄 so bright we need more Becky’s

I was really surprised about my shopping experience at this J.C. Penney. Most of the Penneys have been closed. This is the first time I have ever been to this one. I am glad I went. I needed dress clothes for an upcoming formal wedding. Both, my spouse and I found clothes that were right for the wedding. The clerks were really nice and helpful and attended to all our needs.
One special clerk in the men's department told us about theJ.C. Penney charge card and if we signed up that day, we could save some extra dollars on our purchases. We took her up on her offer and got a Penney's card. That little extra we saved on our clothes purchase helped tremendously. I appreciated her telling us about the offer. Our experience was truly a success. I would recommend shopping at the J.C. Penney store at Turkey Creek in Knoxville, TN.

I always love Penny's. They are great. You can almost always find a great sale. I just bought shoes for less than 3 dollars never had an issue finding sizes or trendy things. I even love the clothes I can get for my kids. Not to mention the great disney collection. I have very few complaints. If I had to say one thing it might be that the online cite is kinda wacky but the store its self is amazing. The location of this particular one is great. In the middle of this huge shopping center this store is kind of off by its self and a lot easier to access.

Did not actually go to shop. My Girl Scout troop was given the opportunity to have a cookie booth there. I am giving 5 stars because the customer service was outstanding! I went in to let them know we were there and to thank them for having us. Logan greeted me and was so happy to have us. She even told me to let them know if we needed anything at all. It was one of the best experiences I have had at JCP, and normally I am a customer.

Beautiful jewelry, attentive employees, and quick response from management. My gift card was inactive so it needed to be transferred to a new card. Manager was by my side in less than 5 minutes to assist, and immediately and readily transferred my balance, no questions asked!

This is the place to go for good sales, nice employees, great people to help you find or order what you are searching for. Is that item in sale, not your size, take it with you to the check out, ask them to order your size and done! No quibbles, smiles all the time. Need a cart, someone will fetch you one. It's all good at this store.

Sephora for my birthday gift and some eyeliner and mascara!!! sadly this store has no more benefit items 😕 however the staff is awesome!!! super helpful
