Walmart Supercenter

Online ordering for curbside pickup is very convenient. I get good quality fresh fruit, vegetables, & meat. I can select options for substitutions for each item ordered. I was notified that an item was unavailable about an hour before pickup. Curbside pickup went smoothly after I used the app to notify the store that I was on my way.

Oh, how I love Walmart. Everything you could possibly need in 1 store! There are so many different options for those of us who are or aren't picky fresh fruit and veggies. Meats always look fabulous, and you can't get these prices anywhere else. If I could live here, I would! Check out is a working progress I feel like once they get more employees they'll be able to open more lanes in the meantime be prepared to scan and bag your own groceries, because the 2 lanes that are open have lines wrapped around the building. Parking is so, so I always get lost. My kids understand that every time we come here, we are going to misplace the car for about 10 minutes. I will say the parking lot is mayhem due to speeding down the rows. I can't count the times I've almost been run over from people trying to race into a parking spot or just not paying attention.

As a normal Alcoa wal mart customer , it's so refreshing to go to a store where items are stocked and doesn't look like utter mayhem, not to mention the polite and courteous adult and mature younger employees, I love it. To not hear about how so and so sucks who from the high school guys that have no filters to the unknowledgeable stocking staff to this hidden gem of a wal mart, yes please. I cannot sing enough praise to this location, hands down 20 out of 10!

Quiet!!!!! Which was wonderful. Of course I went early in the morning when hardly anyone was there. I am anti social so if I can go to Walmart without so much as speaking to anyone or having cart rage, then it was a good trip.

Went to auto part of Walmart took a little longer than usual for a changed tire but overall great place and the people was very nice

This was the best Walmart Superstore I have ever been in, the cleanest, biggest and most friendly service!!! I will make special trips to this Walmart, whenever I'm in South Knoxville!!! Oh, and my husband says the same!! The Walmart company should use this one as their model!!!!

They wouldnt let me buy their whole stock of mountain dew seltzers. Lol (ps im joking no i never ask)

Very clean, one of the cleanest I've seen. We went in to get this camping stuff and lucked into sports cards too. We bought almost $1500 in sports cards,, but we were stopped by the security receipt checkers. It seems we did the self checkout and one time wasn't rung up. He was so polite and friendly, even though he could have been a jersey. He had to unban and count everything, even though it was embarrassing, he treated us with respect. Was a great shopping trip overall.

This location will have a brand new Walmart pick up station for all of Walmart plus members and grocery online shopping in January 2024.

I broke my back and I was having a hard time until I ran into the most helpful associate ever! He was friendly, did not point to an area then ignore me. He took me to every isle I needed. He continued with a smile under the very appreciated mask, you knew because his whole face gleamed. He continued helping me by lifting the items I needed into my cart. Great place to shop with LOTS of options! Helpful and friendly service and very clean store inside and out! Their pickup was a breeze! As well as their huge pick up tower for online orders! 😁

This place is huge. I needed a lawn mower battery. They had lots of them in multiple sizes. Some additional fishing gear. Great selection. An addition for curb side delivery, nice.
