McDonald's

I don't live in Loudon County but I found myself over there and stopped into this McDonalds for breakfast. I had the best tasting meal from this location! Better than I've had from any McDonalds in a long time! The food was fresh and hot, the service was friendly and attentive, the store and restroom was clean and well maintained! The Store where I live is a disgusting place that serves subpar food with a side dish of rudeness! This McDonalds was like a breath of fresh air! Great Job, Folks!!!

We went through the drive-through. Service was was good and our food was fresh and hot.

I use. Curbside with their app. So easy. Food was consistently the same. Hot and very quick service. And as usual the person who brings the food out is pleasant!

The associate even made our teas, and brought our food out to us.

I love the morning and day shifts. They're always quick and polite. The food I've never had problems with like other places in LC. Their sausage egg and cheese McMuffins always fill me up. Keep up the great work everyone. I'd even say the night shift has been improving. They used to be a little rocky. Thank you so much

Came in for a value meal on St.Patrick’s day around 5 and the burgers were the best I had ever received from any drive through, including you guys. Don’t know what you guys are doing but keep doing it! I didn’t have to wait a single second either. If you can keep the quality that high I’ll break up with Chick-fil-A

I just got the best double quarter pounder, add cheese and bacon I have ever gotten at any McDonald's anywhere. Fries were good and sweet tea was even right! This location has it going on! I have tried McDonald's all over the US, and not gonna lie, I've learned not to expect much. This one could show the rest how it's supposed to be done.

When we spotted the golden arches we were so excited. We just got out of an event and we were so hungry. The restaurant was actually open with lots of employees. We were treated great. Food was hot and fresh, a rarity at 1030pm and really hit the spot. If I'm ever in Lenoir City again, I'll definitely go back to this McDonalds

This McDonald's is Fantastic!! I wish ALL the franchises ran as smooth and friendly as this one in Lenoir City. They have their act together. I don't eat a lot at McD's but, I've had my fair share of bad experiences at others. I've NEVER had a bad experience at this one. They are so fast...yes, FAST! My order is always correct, hot, and greeted by the nicest staff. A must visit!

I usually don’t write reviews... but this McDonald’s has some of the most anti-social, rude, and inconsiderate workers there. However, this 5 star review isn’t for McDonald’s. This 5 star review is for Salem. Every time my family, my friends, or I come through, Salem ensures we get the best deals, we get everything in our bag, and they ensure that we get the best service. Truly a great worker. I go all the time, just to visit them. McDonald’s should promote this person!

Wonderful. There is a lady at the window that smiles every time I go there. It’s a pleasant experience especially compared to the Taco Bell near by. The ratio of missing items in my orders orders for the Lenoir City Taco Bell vs the Lenoir City McDonalds probably looks something like 500:1

Tonight every window employee was extremely nice and very delightful, especially since nowadays everyone seems to be too busy for a little niceness and common curtousy, 10/10 will recommend, well when the crew from tonight is working anyway

Fast freindly service. Staff was very proactive in taking, completing and delivering orders. Very happy to see full compliment of hard working Latino staff! The dining room was spotless. Obviously very good management.

Consistently Great!

It is not easy for a fast food joint to get 5 stars. Most places get is right sometimes, other hardly ever. This McDonald's not only is quick, but also accurate. The staff is courteous and always smiling. There must be a good manager behind this one, it definitely shows. Keep up the good work.

It's the king of all fast foods for a reason! Ive been eating at the one in sweetwater Tennessee every morning for the past 2 years & I'm treated like family & never had one complaint about my orders! I order my food over the phone & my total is rung up & my food is waiting on me as soon as I walk in the door!

Y'all gave me the the wrong order today but I got hella free food out of it. Shout out to the lil mexican homie for not doing his job right. 5 out of 5
