AT&T Store

Had a scheduled appointment today at this location and was so fortunate to have Stevie Kopas as our sales consultant. She was professional, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and understood our cell phone needs. She didn't try to "up sell" us and we left with 2 new I Phones in approximately 30 minutes. This was such an excellent experience and our first time at this store. We highly recommend this AT&T retail location and of course Stevie!!!

We have been to this store 2 times in the past month. Kevin is amazing! My mom had to have her Iphone replaced and he gave us all of the possible options and helped her to pick the best one. Kevin clearly explained At&T fiver as well as rates and discounts, and helped us to get it installed. It is much faster. We had to come back today because my phone broke as well lol, but he remembered us and helped me get my new one and set it up with ICloud. He got us both screen protectors and made the whole experience we have had lately so much easier. Thanks Kevin!

Was having difficulty understanding a data usage warning I received on my cellphone. Spoke with Roger who walked me through the process of deleting this post which was appearing on my phone. Roger, put me at a comfort level when helping me. GREAT customer service.

Zachary provided EXCELLENT service in the store. I am a new AT&T wireless customer ( I have had AT&T internet service for 2 years), and he helped me complete the setup of my new phone. Zachary also helped me to connect both of my accounts in the myAT&T app. Finally, he installed my new screen protector & case (I was fully capable of doing it, but preferred to leave it to a professional). I was very leary about switching wireless to AT&T (I have been a Sprint, then T-Mobile customer since 1999). So far, my customer experience has been great. (I will evaluate again once I receive my first combined bill.)

Amy at the Farragut store was an absolute rockstar. She knows her stuff and you can tell she puts the customer and their needs first. I had a toddler and newborn and she was very social with both and patient and kind whenever we needed a little grace, haha! I've Wonderful service, left very happy thanks to Amy!!!

We got great help from Kevin. We highly recommend him for any ATT support/services. He was courteous, patient and kind.

The Turkey Creek location always gives the best service. Kevin is awesome to work with, he’s very knowledgeable and a lot of fun.

After not liking my iPhone 13 Pro Max much because the alarm and phone ring usually goes full blast at first, then low volume, AND the nerds on the AT&T tech help line couldn’t figure it out, I came to this AT&T store location (Farragut) only to buy new chargers. JENNIFER waited on me and helped me find what I was searching for, then instantly fixed my volume issue, and then installed a new protective screen, all effortlessly. I was very pleased with the service, and will ask for her if/when I need to stop by in the future.

After having trouble transferring service for 2 weeks we went to the Farragut AT&T location. Jennifer helped us and made all of the previous problems disappear along with being pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Her help with the transfer and phone purchase could not have gone smoother.

Scott was great. He always takes extra steps to get things done for us. This time, I did not see Scott. She was good and got things done quick. but she was not as personable as Scott was. But I dont have complaints

Wanted to share the great customer service that I received from Cody (morning of 23 May). The day before, I tried to switch my service from Verizon to AT&T, at this store location. Not everything went through correctly, so I register the store this morning.

Super glad that Cody was the team member who I worked with! He was patient, thorough, knowledgeable and proceed great customer service. My situation was a little complicated and he took the time to fully understand my problem, tried several things to trouble shoot it and made sure everything was working before I left the store. He was great and I’m appreciative for his help!

The representative was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She was very patient and skilled. The only issue I have is that I do not think I should have charged for a replacement screen protector. I think the one I returned should have been exchanged.
