Went in for paint and the staff was very helpful. I heard one staff member say she was going to go on lunch and then she asked me what I needed help with. She postponed her lunch break to help me get some paint mixed. I really appreciated that. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

Service, service, service. They are helpful and friendly for sure. They have spent a good amount of time with my wife picking out the perfect selection of odds and ends to be used as caps for antique walking canes (it was an odd need, but they jumped at the task). They are always quick to ask if they can help you find something and they have a great selection of BBQ accessories and charcoals. Their carpet machine rental is quick and easy and they were happy to help explain some tips and tricks. I will shop here again and suggest you give them a try.

Rocky’s Ace in Medway is great! A hometown hardware store with local people who actually are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to help you in the store and the prices are as good or better than the big box stores. Their hours may not be as good but they more than make up for it with excellent customer service and a great selection of everything. Love this place!

As always, Rocky’s Medway had exactly the right part for my Toro mower for $10 less than the local orange box store and with much better service than Milford Ace. Can’t say enough good things about Rocky’s!!

Rented a Bissell Carpet cleaner which worked awesome. Julie helped me out getting the item and explained everything. Cant beat the price on this item better than the big box stores.

It local. What’s not to love. But I bought a product called the Enforcer Flea and tick spray from this Ace. And wow. It works fantastic. That is the second time I have gone to Ace for flea products and the products worked. The last time was about 6 years ago.
