Great pharmacist that works there named Chi. She’s very helpful and go out of the way to help you. The tech are also helpful too.

I like the "Store of the Future" concept unveiled a few years ago over the traditional CVS layout. Wide aisles and bright colors make for a pleasant shopping experience. I'm rating it 4 stars instead of 5 as the customer service isn't as good as most other store I've been to.

The employee went out of her way to look in the back to see if there was any more soda in the back that was on sale. I am new to this store and always approached with "hi can I help you"--staff I find is very outgoing and friendly and says a lot for a busy retail store.

The cashiers here are rude and unfriendly. I've been numerous times because it's in a convenient location but every time I leave annoyed with my experience. Everyone who works here seems like they would rather be somewhere else.

The pharmacy has terrible customer service. Tried to update my insurance information by calling ahead and was told I had to do it in person but then discovered I could not get my prescription because it was filled for a 90 day supply rather than the 30 that my insurance allows so then I have to wait even longer in the store while they fix that. The woman ahead of me was having problems with them as well.

Another frustrating night picking up prescriptions at CVS! Time to move them across the street to Walgreens. I arrived at the outside pickup window at 8:40 pm and waited 10 minutes behind a black Camry. At that point I thought I would try my luck inside where I stood behind a gentleman that was told he prescriptions aren't ready but not to worry as they will fill them in the next 10 minutes. He then presented a new Insurance policy to the CVS associate who was visibly irritated as she had to add the new information to the computer. During her Insurance entry she called out several times for a "backup" as the long was growing by the minute. Long story short I finally got checked out and to my surprise the Black Camry was still at the outside pickup window! Its now been 20 minutes! The question for CVS Management is why do they utilize electronic prescribing with text alerts when you have to wait behind customers that do not?

in the drive through behind a car at the window taking a longer than typical. i pull up and the screen goes down for lunch from 1:30 - 2:00. now i know why they were milking the car in front of me.

They turned me away for my pick up medicine because they were closing five minutes early. Never go there ever again !

This store is absolutely brutal. Every single time that I go, it is always Donna at the front desk. First off, she's beyond rude to people. Her demeaner just comes off very attitude-ish. I remember I went to the store to return a product and unfortunately the product was non-returnable. I got a bit disgruntled about that considering it was expensive and me being the customer, I have a right to try to fight it. However, she doesn't have the right to ever tell me or any other customer to "Go home!" That is not okay and I am going to contact the CVS corporate regarding Donna at the Medway CVS branch. She's one of the slowest people I've ever seen as well, which doesn't help anyone. I just think she's a terrible addition to this store and unless she's fired or quits, my days of going to this CVS location are finished. I'll be going to Walgreens next door instead.

I was waiting on getting a prescription filled, so I called the automated line, and got a time for it to be ready. Went to CVS a little later than that, and was told it wasn't quite ready, and would be 15 more minutes. Fine, I get it, it was busy. Went back after 15 minutes, and struggled to get any information out of the pharmacist and finally got them to tell me it would be 2 additional hours. So I go home, wait 2 hours, call the automated line again, which now is saying it will be ready 24 hours from then. So now, it has been 24 hours, so I call to speak to an actual person, who tells me they don't have my medicine in stock, and MAYBE they will get it in a delivery tonight. Complete incompetence.

I forgot how horrible this CVS is, growing up I knew it wasn’t good but didn’t have another option. Now that I’ve grown and flown and not dealt with them for 10 years... it was a real disappointment needing a prescription while visiting. They verbally assaulted me for asking them to use the CVS pharmacist tool that corporate guarantees they always use to find the best price for uninsured medications. Clearly if they feel doing their base job is “looking things up all night” then I can spend 5 minutes to get my prescription at a fair price (a 10th of the price) online without being insulted. Just go somewhere else with decent people who don’t rip you off because they are too lazy to do their jobs.
