Amazon returns on-site. You can ask Alexa for any questions available on the aisles. This is FUTURE of grocery shopping. If you don't like crowd, this store is very slow and you can scan and go. They got beautiful bouquet of flowers starting at $5! lots of items are marked down on top of great pricing already. Lots of lactose intolerant ice cream! Although there's not a wide selection of goods and meat like Fred Meyer does, they have a great hot bar, salad bar, pizza, deli, and delicious microwavable meals! $6.99 rotisserie chicken. Good deals. Also security is pretty high if that matters to you.

Very friendly staff, prices comparable to other grocers (even better if you have prime). The novelty of scanning to skip the checkout is pretty neat. My kids thought it was really fun. The produce was in great shape but I was a little surprised at how few options there were for bread. They had fresh baguettes but no fresh hard rolls.

This was a neat experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. The prices are reasonable. We did feel like we were shoplifting when we were leaving since we didn't have to check out with a cashier or self-checkout. We will be back but hopefully, they will move down to the Tacoma/Lakewood area.

The shopping experience is pretty amazing. Feel like the prices were on the high side but, the shopping is absolutely hassle free. Pretty awesome concept.
Open your Amazon app go right to in-store code, scan QR code to enter. Grab what you like and and scan QR code to exit, your Amazon account will be charged for what's in your basket/cart! Pretty amazing!!!

My first trip into the physical store. We needed to return some items and pick up a few things. The parking lot and store are very clean. Friendly staff. There were some bare areas on some of the shelves. They have a lot of ready to eat items to choose from. The salad bar and hot food bar were stocked with delicious looking choices. They have all the typical grocery store items in a high-tech store. There are 2 shopping options. #1 You scan your phone and then start shopping. The app will keep track, and when you're done, you just walk out. All will be taken care of through the app. #2 We chose to utilize a cashier, which was a great choice! Our cashier scanned some coupons from a paper she had and saved us $10.00! I should have gotten her name. She was awesome.

Easy entry & exit. Using the app makes shopping a breeze. Prices are similar to Safeway or QFC. Loved the signage as well. Good customer service

For some reason, it's never busy here when I go. I scan in, grab what I want, and scan out. Best shopping experience ever. Deli has a good selection of pre prepared food, but actual groceries are somewhat limited, compared to other grocery stores. I always find what I need, so no complaints. I shop here whenever I can, way better than going to the two grocery stores in the area.

So easy to shop and leave. I felt terrible for the folks that were standing in line to do the traditional check out. Staff float around the aisles and are capable of answering questions, so unlike a conventional grocery store. You have to try this. Trust the technolog, it works amazing. I tried to trip it up by grabbing two at a time and taking items stacked on top of each other and took items in and out of my cart multiple times. The electronic receipt was sent before I got home and was 100% accurate. I am so sold on this!

The deli is pretty good. A medium sized container of hot clam chowder for $6.00, which seemed like a large! The only bummer is I probably should have stirred it from the bottom because I could count on one hand the number of clam bits I got. The buffalo hot wings were yummy and HUGE. The general tsos was good too. We got roasted Brussel sprouts and cauliflower and they were tasty, very slightly seasoned, just a bit hard.
All of this fit in a medium container for $10.00 and all of this fed 2 people very easily.

Overall. Good concept. It's the top rate on the grocery store that I personally have visited lately. You know" that the way your ayes see the things place is what you pay for" I couldn't make my grocery shopping there,
It is expensive.
But nothing comes without a price. Right!

I love the fresh store. It's convenient to use a very easy to pay once you've set up an Amazon account. Why the choices are a little limited compared to other grocery stores that needs and vegetables are always fresh in the staff is always friendly, helpful. Sadly the meat counter looks to be permanently closed. I was talking to Google

Amazon will be seeing me again. Love this store! It's always clean, organized and easy to locate what you're looking for. They off 25% discount on orders of a certain amount.

There are two ways to check out:

1. Enter on the side and don't scan your app. Shop and pay with cashier.

Or

2. Entry you can use your Amazon application for entry and it will keep track of all the items you remove from the shelves. Easy checkout because it will charge your primary card on your account so be sure you have funds.

Exit is a breeze, just scan out.

Amazon Fresh has definitely set itself apart as the 'Gold Standard' of grocery stores in the 21st Century. I like shopping here. The high-tech setup is incredibly magnificent, bar none!

This place is a trip. It was only my second time at an Amazon Fresh store. It's so well organized. The prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

In and out! This is how grocery shopping should be. I was able to go with my family, get a few items to make dinner, and walk out. Interaction with employees was nice as well. Foot traffic was non existent during prime time shopping hours which is a plus! I really like how organized the aisles and products were. Very clean and aesthetic.

Prices are great, and the best part is you don't have to sit in line or scan all of your items. Just walk in and walk out, it's perfect 👌

Very interesting concept with check-out! By the time you are ready to leave, your groceries are already charged to your card and you just walk out. No standing in line or scanning your own items!

Like the day check in and out.
Would be cool if you could see your running total before checking out.
Fruit is fresh, Meat dept. Has nice cuts, and they have a small dairy selection, check out is really easy!
Good for quick stops but if you are looking for full on grocery choices large grocery stores have more.

My 1st visit to Amazon Fresh and it definitely won't be my last. I wish there was one closer, I'd visit more often. Tacoma Mall would be a fantastic location

We went in to see how we could send our amazon packages there. The lady who helped us was very informative, knowledgeable, and respectful. You are lucky to have her on your staff.
