Staff are personable ,knowledgeable and helpful. Large selection. Very clean . Displays are nice and organized.

The store was clean and orderly. I waited less than 2 minutes to check out during holiday shopping.

I love bath & body works right now the Federal Way mall they're having their semi annual u to 75% off so for all that you see in the picture I paid no more than $25! And even got one man lotion LOL. I love bath & body works go there all the time for whatever smell I feel I need 💯

I love this store's products! They work really well and smell great too. The employees were very nice and helped me find everything I was looking for. I would definitely shop here again and would recommend this location to everyone. Such a great store and staff.

Excellent store they have many varieties of things from handbag sanitizer to candles and more.

My nose, was full of scent of different fragrances of sweet peas, Rose's, vanilla and chocolate.

Christmas resolved even for a caveman like me christmas shopping for the wife and ladies of the family.

Really had to smell a lot to see what would work but all gifts worked out and the teenaged mixed girl really helped me (no offense) but I know your a teen she has good insite for smell.

The older Caucasian lady though had an off-putting sense of smell for richened smells go to her, but for a more sweetened less candy like smell the younger girls my go to.

Went two Fridays in a row before Christmas and store is always nice and clean.There was more than enough room to keep your distance. Great place to find presents.

when i entered this store i was greeted by a friendly employee. it says this store is in the commons mall but it isn’t. it’s actually separated from the mall and not connected.

Close to home, smells heavenly inside and the friendliest staff you could ever ask a store to employ.
