Kohl's

I had tags from a previous purchase and showed them to Janet, the checkout clerk. She checked inventory on her phone and said there was one left. I knew I'd never be able to find it, but she offered to look for me. She came back in less than a minute with exactly what I wanted.

This is a nice store, clean and easy to find what you're looking for. The workers a very friendly too.

I always get the best help. My cashier was very nice. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name.

Khol's federal way is a great place. There you'll find almost anything domestic plus attire, the place is also clean and makes one feel very much at home.

For the most part it's a typical Kohl's. But the staff has always been nice at this one. I also like that they keep the Amazon return booth easy to locate. Even though it's located in a shopping mall, there is a door almost right in front of the store that goes out to the parking lot. Makes for quick trips.

I enjoyed the Friends and Family discounts I received on already affordable items! I love my Federal Way Kohls store!!

I had no idea until recently you could return Amazon packages there. I was helpfully directed to the correct location so we didn't wait in the regular line. Amazon return customer service was meh but guessing they work for Amazon. Anyways got Kohl bucks for using the in store return and picked up hubby new t shirts. The men's t-shirts there are super soft, hold up for years and are a good deal. We love the throw back to 70s / 80s childhood. Plus they make his dad bod look cut with a great fit.

Associate went out of her way to assist me with my purchase.

Did you know Kohl's give you Kohl's cash for your birthday?!! I wish everyone was like them in that way!! And if you do a pick up order they give you more Kohl's cash!!

Well of course we went to Kohl's on the fly and I was not prepared. I don't know why but I find myself going to stores about thirty minutes to an hour before closing. Most of the time i don't even buy anything. Not because I just wanted to torment people either . It ends up being that their response to my late arrival is not positive or pleasant. I'm not blaming the establishment fully because I understand how stressed a person can get especially when they just want to get home. But I like to buy things(usually for my kids) and kohls had a ridiculous sale going on and hard to pass up. I'm not asking for special treatment because I believe in equality, inclusion, acceptance, respect, kindness so everyone should be treated like they are your favorite person in the world And you would never disrespect them in the slightest. Or treat people like you want to be treated especially when you are spending your hard earned money. Companies are forgetting about the customers. Do we really deserve the disrespect we get because someone is unable to empathize with others. I don't know about you but I have had a hard last couple of years and it's still occurring. I like to shop when I feel like it's getting to hard and no matter what I do it is only getting worse. Kohl's was a place I could reliy on. I am counting on the few who can make up for the lapse in customer service. Because those individuals still exist. Like my cashier, I feel bad for forgetting hey name. But she was the best! also my oldest daughter just had my first grandchild and I love the quality is at Kohl's. Now to find the perfect gift. Anyone have any suggestions?

I want to return an Amazon order and had no clue what I was doing since it was the first time doing so, and the young lady at the returns counter was amazing and helped me through every step. I didn't get her name but she deserves a big kudos for her great service which is rare these days

Good plus size and tall size selections. Found men and women's belts in size 2X-3X. Good selection on clearance rack and relatively well-organized. Was happy to find some off-season items as well.
