This store had so many things I haven't been able to find anywhere else and the prices are fantastic. The produce was also in good condition

Great deals, unique foods that you don't find in your normal supermarket. The staff is always helpful.

This was my go-to supermarket back when I was living in WA for a bit. Majority of the staff were Caucasian, but they were always nice to me and my mom whenever we shopped there. It really helped and added a sense of comfort and normalcy in our lives. Thank you, guys, especially to the old man with the glasses.

What a great place to stretch your grocery dollar a bit further. The selection varies and I enjoy the chance to find new things. My last trip I snagged a bag of dog food for half of what I normally pay. So far the customer service has been amazing, real people checking out and opening another register if there's a line. Area is meh but worth the trip for pre-inflation prices.

Great things to get on a good price with helpful and kind workers

Was visiting from California love their prices also found my Spindrift Sparkling Water and the produce was fresh. Cashier was very friendly

The people who run the cash registers are so nice to me and my mom, and despite not having products you can count on being in stock, everything rotates so often I always find things no other store would have. I might give less stars if the employees weren't so nice; and they aren't getting paid for that, so treat them well

I love shopping at the Grocery Outlet stores. There are 5 within my shopping range. They are all well organized and well stocked with bargains galore, but the one that I visited today was exceptionally neat and clean and well stocked and the employees were extremely friendly. It's a little bit farther than the others, but that's the one I will mostly shop at now. But any of them you visit will most likely be a very good experience. They are individually owned and you can tell there is pride of ownership in these stores.

Best bargains for staple and basic food needs. Bread, milk, cheese, cereal and the like for example. I love Hebrew National Hot dogs and this is by far the cheapest place to get it. Only downfall is the lack of variety. But other than that, it's awesome. And all the employees are always friendly and helpful.

The Federal Way Store is way bigger and has more product than Milton

This place is really good on bargaining for food ,so make sure you visit this store

I Like Grocery Outlet, Positive. Now we have to use Lockers because People steal called sin. Hope our Grocery Outlet this year stays open than shut down. Next Banks, Small Business?

I absolutely love this store.
The new owners are such a happy loving husband and wife. Family owned businesses are top of the line in my opinion.
Everybody who works there is part of the family .
Prices may not be always correct but the managers and employees are trying to fix this.
I am always greeted by employees as I enter , bathrooms are not needed there is one at the park right behind the store..You can win what you saved. You may Pay 50.00 total but get a savings of 650.00. I seen it happen the other day

this location, has the best customer service. They recognize the needs in each of there customers. They make sure to help you in any way possible. The deals are amazing. Its a huge savings , best part about your money saved is you get a chance to win it back. Go See it for yourself.
There cashiers are so sweet and even remember your names if you come in even once.

Friendly staff, I was going in and a cashier saw my lights on my vehicle were still on so she mentioned it to me. I thanked her, they would go off but it meant I hadn't locked my vehicle. It's in a somewhat questionable area, so I was very glad to know. I locked my vehicle, and had a pleasant shopping experience.

They have a good selection of items you can't find elsewhere.
I'm editing my review to add that the current manager Bobbie (sorry if I spelled it wrong) is truly the nicest person you'll meet. She was all over that store today filling stock, straightening items, cleaning things. All the while talking to everyone who crossed her path. She met us at the register and thanked us for shopping their store today and then went out to the parking lot to retrieve carts! She is a keeper!
