Ross Dress for Less

So really don't understand the new process. You now have to wait in line to go in the store 5-10 mins seems to be average wait and the last three time I went they only have 1 cashier both times I have waited 30-45 mins just to check out. Looks like only 2 people work there. Really hope they get some added staff.

Came across an employee named Maria or masha and she helped me find something I needed, love this Ross just because of that moment! Super efficient and work motivated

Haven’t been here in years. Staff is great! Especially dealing with the group of people that come in.

Amazing selection of current styles, lots of sizes to choose from.

If you want to hunt for a good amount of deals, the be prepared!

Organization could be better but that’s also on the customers, not the staff.

Not crowded as compared to the holidays but service is great 👍

If you dont want long lines and you want access to their bathrooms...... You can help by stopping criminals from coming into ross stealing and costing the store money. Stores need profit to stay open.

They are trying to protect themselves so they can stay open to serve the community and provide jobs for people who want to work and not steal!

Theft is getting worse everywhere. Sadly, this is the new norm until laws are changed and something is done about it.

GLAD, they stepped up security!!! Until I was in line and we all watched what was a man in drag walk out with like 5 shirts some pants and 2 bottles of perfumes! I know they get a tax write-off, but because I'm older, that made me feel some type of way! 20-year-old me would've not even cared or posted this comment! 🤔😅😅 It's sad that people can just do that and get away with it.

The store was great... I just bought some bras and left because for some weird reason, I get too many clothes options anxious!! Aka old people problems 👵👵👴😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅

Wonderful Business to Shop. Great Home Products, Furnishings, Shoes, and Clothing. Great Deals. I was a little shocked as our family entered we were asked to stand in a cordoned area. When we asked a young Security official/agent why people were "detained" as they entered the premises, the security agent could not give us a reason to why we had to stand a minute or more in front of entrance in a cordoned/corraled area. It would be nice to be able to inform your customers on why they are being detained as/after they entered store. I have never seen or experienced this in any other Department store.Having experience in security, the first thing that popped in my head was loss prevention, but I truly believe the security personal should be placed before the exit, to watch both entrance and exit. Ea should provide valid receipt and show what they purchased. Stopping and detaining customers as they enter the business is what I would call "backwards" and many customers might even consider it unprofessional. Speaking of Risk management, detaining civilians aka customers after they have entered premisses in good faith, without any provocation could lead to legal implications. Make sure your security personal knows why and how when temporary detaining law biding citizens.

Very kind when about customer service and the manager is very polite and kind person always smiles at customers 😊

I was politely greeted & pointed in the right direction to make a return immediately upon entering the store. This location seemed to have a bigger selection & was much cleaner & better stocked than the location in Kent (I shopped @ that store over the weekend). I found & purchased a cute backpack style purse & made my return quickly. My cashier was pleasant & efficient. My only complaint - I was standing in the return line awaiting to be called forward & the cashier in that area didn't even bother to acknowledge me or bother to call me up & just continued to call up others from the line. I found that quite rude & lacking customer service. But the rest of my visit was great so I still gave it a 5 star rating. I'll come shop here again!

Just like another shopping place, good deals but be prepared to wait in line to cash out, low staffing!

I mean it's Ross, but I love Ross. I shop discount to get the most of my money. Just make sure you have the time to actually shop and you'll get great clothes for less. Plus, we were on a break!!!

Had a great deal of a pair of Nike shoes. Served by some happy lady with dreadlocks who was so kind to us, she made us buy more.

I always spend much money here. But be aware some Ross dress for less establishments are not as friendly as you would hope. If you shop to much they think you are stealing. But I have not had a problem at this one. So shop away Ross lovers shop away.

The manager here was really awesome! He was going around to the employees and thanking them for staying to help with the rush. He was sincere and to me that kind of culture isnt displayed in most companies. Kudos to him! :D

Yeah, indeed, it's dress for less. You will always find quality stuff at low prices.

Baby clothes for my nephew was my mission, but I had to get something for myself too! I love the variety and the prices here. The store is always clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Can't go wrong with Ross!

It's got a nice selection of goods ranging from clothes to artwork. The staff are always nice and happy to help. My only complaint are the families who take clothes off the racks and toss them aside but worse are the parents who let their kids run amok
