Was able to find a Bay Blue Pixel Pro 8 out of box on December 10th when it was pretty much nowhere to be found, which also saves me $50.

John was awesome this morning at checkout 02.12.24. He was helpful, friendly, and efficient. Excited about the new BlueAir purifier but his service added a great touch!

Spacious store located at Dunwoody Perimeter Expo. Well maintained and clean. Excellent customer service. They have ample parking space outside the store. They have a good selection of television.

I only gave this store 4 stars specifically for the employee named Shawn. I had never been here before and he was so kind and helpful and seemed to be the only person interested in showing true customer service. He’s great! 4 stars for Shawn in the Apple department. I was there looking for an iPad. He was very helpful and generous.

I stopped by Best Buy on Black Friday to get me a new laptop. It was somewhat crowded & took a while for someone to help me. The person who helped me was knowledgeable about computers & helped me get the best option for my price range.

Recently purchased a TV from Best Buy and had a great experience from start to finish. Romina Karimaei was phenomenal and provided the best customer service that I have ever received from Best Buy in all of my TV purchases with them. Easy to communicate with and responded quickly to emails pertaining to the TV stating that she was there to help and wanted the customer to be happy with the purchase experience. She also coordinated the delivery and set up of the TV with Total Tech which I must say is a good investment. I was able to get a free wall mounting of a very heavy TV by the Geek Squad. Super kudos to Terrance Dixon and Michael Powell who were very professional and efficient in the mounting of the monster TV. Also helped move a TV to another room. Extremely pleased with the customer service provided. With service like this I will only buy my TVs from Best Buy and have recommended this store to all my friends and neighbors. Thanks again Terrance, Michael and especially Romina for your assistance.

I went there looking for a quality drone for my son. The selection is somewhat limited, but I did find a good one. For the cost involved this drone will be a combination Christmas/Birthday gift. BTW my son is a Grandfather, so he doesn't mind.
I'll be going back to get myself an arcade style, standalone Pac-Man game. 😀😀

Shopped here yesterday on 11/02/2023. Talk about Publix customer service, I was helped by a young lady named Kiara in the phone area. Aside from being breath taking with a hue lighting smile, she was competent, Intelligible, and proactive. Laughing at all my horrible joke she was easily walking and chewing gum at the same time. She properly up saled me to phone cases and screen protectors and even applied my phone screen protector flawlessly. She understood important questions and had store product awareness as if she was using a "bust-buy google maps". I was in and out in under $1600.00. I trivial a good way to deliberately shop at this Best Buy and Kiara is the text-book example of why. This Bust Buy is my home however Kiara feels like family. It is utterly an understatement to say I am a satisfied customer.

I picked up the Samsung galaxy s23 ultra 256gb green for $1000 and the watch 6 for under $300. Some of there cases for this phone are also on sale. I got a $15 Bust Buy gift card as a result of my purchase.

My experience was great. They always add the latest tech till date. The staff are super responsive and helpful. Quick parking pickup made easy by the staff. Overall a great place to go and observe the latest tech stuff.

I would give 10 stars to the Best Buy in Perimeter if I could based on my wonderful experience with one of their managers Romina Karimaei. She was extremely helpful through out the process of my TV purchase. Very knowledgeable and professional in her interactions with me. Always very prompt with replies to questions asked. Best experience I have had with Best Buy and would highly recommend going to the Perimeter Best Buy store and ask for Romina if you are looking at buying a new TV. Keep up the awesome work Romina! Your assistance was greatly appreciated!

Helped me with recycling my old electronics.

I had to pay some fee for recycling my TV which made me think, why would people recycle if they are charged a fee for it?! That's on Best Buy.

The employees here are great; makes me prefer going to the store rather than shopping online.

My all time favorite electronic shopping, just experience all the new tech, don’t have to buy. People are helpful when you needed.

I really like to wash my clothes here. It's very good. Everything is clean.

Mr DK was extremely helpful and kind. If he keeps the positive energy alive no matter what, he will be going far in life. Positive attitude, kindness and hard work will always open doors. It sometime comes late but still worth it.

I’ve been using the new Shokz for a few days now and try are AWESOME. I have a larger sized head😬😬 and they do not add pressure or give me headaches after extended wear.
I’ve had them on for approximately six hours straight and forgot they were there.
Great accessory for the gym. The sweat on the silicone, no slip, great audible sound.

Ms. Taylor Peebles gave me the best experience i ever had from a sales person she was very professional courteous explained everything in detail , She always went beyond the call of to help me understand what was needed to operate the computer.
