Always a great experience at Joey D’s. Staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. I’ve had their Ribeye a couple of times and always cooked to perfection. Was recommended to try their ribs by a friend - was surprisingly really good. Was not expecting the quality of ribs from a non- BBQ restaurant. A must try mixed drink is their Lemon Drop. Nice variety of food choices on the menu at reasonable prices.

My FAVORITE restaurant ever. Their garlic butter steak is delicious and to die for! It comes with a house salad (or caesar) and a side but I highly recommend the house salad because the dressing is DELICIOUS and it comes with a honey butter croissant.

Now this croissant- best restaurant bread I have ever had, it is so warm and flaky and delicious. I highly highly recommend everyone to get a plate full of them!

Lastly, their croissant bread pudding- it is the best dessert I’ve ever had. It is warm and cinnamon-y and pairing that with the vanilla ice cream is INCREDIBLE.

11/10 recommend this restaurant and I will absolutely be back!

My husband and I had a date night out. We have seen this place for years but never dined in. Our server was Donjanique. SHE WAS EXCELLENT!!! Very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. Everything she recommended was delicious, especially the pink lady drink. Our food came out quick and our drinks were refreshed in a timely manner. We will definitely recommend and patronize this establishment again.

Excellent food and cocktails. Depending on your eyesight, you may need a flashlight to read the menu. It's quite dark in the dining room.

Love the atmosphere of this restaurant! My husband and I ate here for dinner and really enjoyed the ambience. Definitely try the honey butter croissants-they’re delicious! The crab soup was tasty, the filet salad was great and the ribs were fall off the bone delicious with a great taste.

To be honest it's a little too dark, but just barely. We meant to split a she crab soup, an open faced Ruben and a prime rib.

Our waiter thought we switched from prime rib to open faced Ruben. We thought he was bringing our food out in phases and were really impressed with his attentiveness to our table.

Br the time we finished the open faced Ruben and corned beef potato salad we were so full and wondering how we were going to put away the prime rib. So we were actually really glad it wasn't coming. We considered ordering it still but we knew we would be way too full. It would up being a funny thing with our waiter. We weren't mad at all. And we knew if the situation needed to be fixed or wouldn't take long at all.

Everything was really delicious and we're planning to go back for the prime rib and try a couple other items on the menu.

The food was delicious! Loved the crab dip. Not a lot of options for non- meat eaters, however, but I still enjoyed my salmon and my partner enjoyed his ribs.

Good food. Good atmosphere. The reuben was huge! My slightly dirty martini was perfect! It took a little bit to get my martini, but it was 8pm on a Friday night - very busy.

Went in for a bite to eat and had a food experience. As a first timer the waitress walked me through and made suggestions that turned my meal to an experience. Add the sherry to the she crab soup, you will not be disappointed. I will be back on Saturday to do it again

Great customer service. Every one of the workers seemed happy and eager to help. The food was great, and the cocktails were on point. Definitely will go again.

Came in travel from work. Sat in at the bar. Very calm and dim restaurant however, they have love and smiles all in the room. The atmosphere was as if negativity was banned.

The food was great I literally got my salad on a busy dinner within 1-2 minutes. My bourbon within 1 minute. My steak within 10 minutes. The food was absolutely amazing and the steak was one of the best I’ve had! I def used no sauce with it.

This restaurant has been on my list for years. I finally made it here, and I am so happy I did. Everything was top knotch: the food, service, atmosphere.

Beef ribs: were the tenderest I have had from a restaurant. You could eat it with a fork, and the barbecue sauce was delicious.
Shrimp Alfredo: was divine. It had jumbo shrimp, and the cheese and noodles were tasty.
Mint julep: tasty. I did not know there were different kinds.

Service: our server was excellent.

Atmosphere: friendly. This restaurant is good to go with friends and/or family. Great for a casual or celebratory event.

I will be going again real soon.

We have been going to Joey Ds for many years. We dined there on Friday night. As usual, the prime rib was outstanding, and so were the salads, and sides. Please do not miss the bread pudding..the best in town. Our server, Bonnie, provided excellent service. Ryan, the managing partner, treats us like family. We love this restaurant, and you will too.

Great place in the Dunwoody area. It's great for meeting friends or for business meetings. Indoor or outdoor seating. Found on Yelp this nice little gem. Steaks, Ribs, Salads, and an amazing Pastrami sandwich.
We had them all and a bar with every kind of alcohol you would want.
Ribs comes two racks. Steaks are full sized, and the salads are just right.
Meals come with a side and salad.
Calamari and cheesy dip for apps.

Excellent food and excellent service, "thank you, Josh." Our waiter was infinitely patient and informative. However, the choice of music and the loud amplification was deafening. We were definitely not enjoying any conversation about our holidays. Not everyone has the same taste in music. I get that. But it should have a tone for conversation. Otherwise, it is one of my favorite places to eat. Thank you, Mr. Jerry Greenbaum.

My husband and I decided on a last minute dinner and made reservations at Joey D's to celebrate our anniversary. From the honey butter croissants, to the tender filets, we were impressed with our meal. Even though we were stuffed, we managed to find room for the brownie dessert. They melt an entire bar of Hershey's over the brownie which was the most decadent thing I've had in a while. Our server was the sweetest and gave us a little hand-written 'happy anniversary' note as we were leaving, which was a sweet touch. Very nice date night!

I always enjoy Joey Ds when I visit. The service is always great. Haven’t had a bad experience yet. I’m actually booked for a birthday dinner there in a few weeks.

I do not typically go to restaurants of this caliber. I don't know if y'all call this one fancy but it's fancy to me. Wonderful place. The service is all very professional and speedy. It's was busy but we got our seats and food in a very timely manner. There were people hustling and bustling all over the place but it never felt too crowded. All this started out as a good experience then we got the food. Holy cow! Thank God for beef. 🐄 I got the garlic strip. It was by far in the top two steaks of my life. When I go to a regular steakhouse I order medium rare and it typically comes out medium. It's fine, ya know. But in this case it was perfect! 👌So tender. So juicy. So flavorful. I also got the fancy potato salad. Very tasty. And I would recommend the sweet tea too. Needless to say I loved it. I came here for a six month anniversary and you just made that special day even more special. Thank you Joey D. God bless you. ❤

The food was great, the service was excellent and the food came out fresh and fast! Our bill was only $67 for a couple:
My date and I shared an appetizer then we each ordered an entree (which comes with one side) and we shared a bottle of spring water.

The atmosphere is sleek so many professionals dine here for lunch.

I highly recommend! We’ll be back!
