Vision computers has the best technical support. In this Day and age it it hard to find people dedicated to doing a good job, they excel at this. In addition to their technical expertise, Adam was friendly, courteous, and patient. They went above and beyond
to insure my satisfaction and even provided some helpful tips to optimize the performance of my computer. Their professional, expertise, and exceptional customer service make them a standout in their field. Thank you Adam for your outstanding assistance!

Had a little issue with one of our laptops this morning. Called up Vision Support (Adam) and, as always, they were very proficient in fixing the issue quickly. Their Support team is one of the best, if not the best, IT Support team I've ever had the pleasure of calling.

I can't say enough good things about Vision Computers. My old system went down, and the technical guys at VC went through it. Short story, new system purchased. Tech Supt has bent over backwards for me in helping me get things worked out. They are the best !! I have had the pleasure of talking with 3 of the technicians, and each one without exception has been super helpful. The sales staff is fantastic also. A big thank you to the whole crew.

Once again Vision has been great at solving issues. I was having problems with scare ware and they showed me how to delete the screens that falsely say my computer is infected. They answer the phone promptly and fix the problem quickly. No other service is as quick and easy to use than Vision. I highly recommend them.

I have been with Vision for many years due to their effective and efficient service. Today I had to different issues on two different computers. Adam was able to fix both computers in a short amount of time. It gives me peace of mind know I have Vision Computers to help resolve technology issues remotely. A fishing scam with a web page that looked EXACTLY like the real web page was trying to gain access to my computer and specifically bank info. Thankfully I noticed the URL address was strange and didn't even have the name of the bank in it. Vision went through my computer to make sure there was nothing loaded on my computer and confirmed no one was able to access. David gave me real peace of mind that I was safe. Thank you David and Vision computers.

Adam at Vision Computers was very helpful and insightful in resolving my computer issues. I have been a long-time customer, about 15 years. They never seem to disappoint. Before getting off the phone with Adam, he made me aware of some of the scams that were taking place to help me to be aware as to note be taken advantage of. Some I was aware of some, made sense, that I did not think to be aware of. Thank you for your assistance through the years.

David in Tech support was very patient with me as we got the new server on line running remotely. As owner, and by no means a IT guy, I all ways dread these kind of upgrades. David did a great job.
