I will be a Nordstrom customer for life! While everything isn’t always perfect, Nordstrom is the most respectable and trustworthy department store to shop at. I had placed two rather large orders for custom suits, and, after quite a few less than stellar experiences, Nordstrom recognized the experience was falling short and offered to make it right without me even saying a word or asking for them to do so. The assistant manager in the men’s department helped us, and he acknowledged this isn’t the way Nordstrom strives to deliver. I have shopped with Nordstrom for many years, and this is why.

Esten at the Sisley cosmetics counter was more than helpful to me. I was interested in purchasing Chanel makeup, but the lady at Chanel seemed uninterested in assisting me (answered my questions with one word responses and had an attitude), so I asked Esten for assistance. Despite not working for Chanel, she went out of her way to talk to me about the various products and helped me choose the right one for my concerns. She had amazing customer service and a beautiful personality. Thank you Esten!

Victoria and Olivia helped my wife today shopping for her shoes and they did such and awesome job! Saturdays are a busy day and retail is not easy but what an awesome staff to just be on the go and drop intermediate tasks to help my wife and her purchase! Thank you very much ladies!

Sophia, Jaliyah and Anne in the “House of CB” department were AMAZING. I had 30 minutes to find a dress and they did all the work for me!! I wish I could do more to repay them. Give them a raise please!!! Best service ever.

We went to Nordstrom to purchase accessories for Pope high school’s prom. The salesman it in the men’s department was phenomenal. He had the tailor to alter or alter a jacket purchased from Von Maur not even 40 minutes prior.

Great service. Immaculately clean. Lots of great merchandise. Worth the two hour drive for one pair of pants that look amazing on my wife. She's very happy. The young man that helped us was super friendly and helpful. I would have taken him home to meet my daughter! 😂 I wish I had got his name because he deserves a raise.

I was very impressed when I came in search of a Jo Malone scent. I was lucky to be greeted by Tia the fragrance specialist. She has a delightful disposition, was helpful, and knowledgeable. She made me feel like my business is welcome and appreciated. Such a breath of fresh air. So many people right now are unhappy in their jobs. They show it by how they treat you, the customer. I don’t experience that at Nordstrom. In the last few months I have been here at least 3 times and I’ve experienced helpful, friendly employees. I might add that the store is clean and organized. All these things make my shopping a good experience and that encourages me to come here to support the business and shop more.

Had a great experience here on an impromptu shoe shopping trip. Everyone in the shoe department was very helpful and the particular salesmen that helped my husband and I was exceptional. He was mindful of all my concerns and style while helping pick new boots. There were two I couldn’t choose between and he convinced my husband to buy them both, lol. Like I said, I had a great experience. I also liked the holiday decor

Of course, Nordstrom had a DJ during the Christmas holiday! Beautiful clothes and shoes. Nice atmosphere.

Customer service reps are very professional. There are bad eggs in every bunch but I have yet to have a bad-egg encounter with these reps.

Customer service was fantastic and we found the beis bag we wanted. Signed up for the nordy club, we will be back!

Eric is simply amazing!!! I usually visit the Lenox location, but from the very time I visited this location, he was so helpful and helped me find exactly what I needed. So, now I drive out to perimeter for excellent customer service and his amazing eye for a beautiful shoe!! He definitely deserves a RAISE or something. He's customer service at its best!!

I go to Nordstrom only for the restaurant on the 3rd floor. Amazing secret of a very delicious and quiet Italian restaurant.

Of many Nordstrom’s I’ve visited throughout the US - This one is the most Spacious, Most Illuminated, Most Luxurious yet. The Cosmetics department is full of Life and everyone was very welcoming and happy.

Always wonderful, but it was the company that was with me.
