Service advisor was Kevin I. The service department at Mike Rezi is A LOT quicker than every other Nissan dealership I’ve been to. I didn’t even have an appointment but they were able to do an oil change, tire rotation, brake flush, and cabin air/engine filter change all in less than two hours. Kevin was very helpful, friendly and informative throughout my visit, and he pulled some major strings on lowering costs without me even asking.
