Just had the most amazing customer service in FOREVER!!! Sam gave the best greeting and was so helpful. Keeda, the assistant Mgr really made me feel welcome as well. Employees like these drive business and customer satisfaction. Well done ladies!

Today I’m giving De”juh, John and Eric five stars for their wonderful customer service. They all went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. These young people are definitely going places in life. I had a terrific experience. I would definitely recommend this location.

It right outside of Dillard’s and across from NY&C. NY&C and Express are polar opposites with the color schemes of their clothing.

NY&C work clothing are very flashy and full of bright colors while Express sticks to the classic soft to dark colors. Express also have a men’s section too.

As far as sales goes, Express is more straightforward. They currently have two sales: Take an additional 50% off and a Buy-one-get-one 50%off (I not too sure about the 2nd one).

If you’re wondering why I’m comparing these two, it’s because I had just walked out of NY&C empty handed due to frustrations with their confusing coupon/sales policy.

When it comes to clothing choices, I prefer NY&C. NY&C have a lot of fun and unique styles, but I hate their messy sales policies.

Express has nice choices too.

I completed a purchase over a year ago in which I did not have a receipt for and never got to wear the items with all tags still attached. Nick and Raven went above and beyond to assist me with a busy store full of people and registers busy. Raven was able to explain how she could assist me in a store exchange in order to get the best out my old and new shopping experience. Many associates could've dismissed my issue and blown me off with company protocols but Nick allowed Raven to assist me and she was great.

This store has the best team! Their customer service is 5 stars+ I have loved my experience shopping here at this location so much! I had tried to do an exchange from an online order in store at another location and they were not helpful at all and so not friendly and said they could not do what I needed. I come to this location at Perimeter Mall and with no problem or hesitation Cayla and her team greeted me and Cayla assisted me right away. Cayla was so patient and friendly and I really appreciate the time she spent helping me to exchange my items and she even had to call customer service because Gwinnett Mall returned the wrong item. I am so happy that I could take care of my exchange and I was helped with a friendly and very inviting team. Keep up the amazing works team!!!!! Thank you again so much Cayla for your friendly and professional attitude in helping me.

The women working here were extremely helpful with finding aiding me in finding something for my special day. They also showed me great ways to save some money; at Express that’s rare! Most definitely coming back

I came to express to purchase a pair of dress pants and Mario was VERY helpful and attentive. He took his time and walked me through the different types and styles of pants: columnist and editor. He also went to the back and found a size for me that was not on the floor. I shop here all the time and always get great service.

There's a sale every weekend and the rewards program is worthy of joining due to the frequent kick backs. I find Express to be a great place to shop if you are looking for slim fit. I'm partial to their performance dress shirts.

Pricey clothes with less pricey tags. That is the combination we all love to have. Staff is easily available to clear your doubts and very friendly behavior. And yea, music they play keeps you pumped up!

I love the blazers here. This store has all the newest latest Express gear. The music is great and the team is helpful.

Helpful staff. One of the girls even went running out of the store after a guy because she thought he left his headphones.
