I just want to share how good my service was March 2nd, 2024 (this past Saturday)!! Ms. Valerie Dixon, the Fragance Consultant in Macy’s at Perimeter Mall is a phenomenal woman! My mom and I came into the store with an idea of what we wanted, but we didn’t know who would help us or who we should approach because it began to get busy. But one of the women at the counter told us that Ms. Valerie would be the best person to help us find the fragrances that we were looking for. She did just that and more. She led us over to where the perfumes were that we pulled up from our phone and she helped me sign up for a Macy’s card of my own. My mom was even excited that she secured the perfume she had searching for at so many stores this past month (w/ her birthday at the end of this month). Her customer service, genuine personality, and compassion for customers was spectacular. I hope that this review may reach her manager or supervisor because she sold us on what we’re getting. Good store. Look for discount sales. You can get merchandise in good deal. Customer service is good. Inside Perimeter Mall and is at walkable distance from Dunwoody metro station. Store is spacious, very clean and well organized. Store has good collection of clothing, perfume and ladies bags.

This is my favorite Macy's location. I moved out of the area and I still visit from time to time.. They offer a great selection of products & clothes and the store itself is always well-stocked.

First time saw a Macy so well organized and there was no mess..backstage was well organized too..so you know where discounted stuff is..good work to everyone in that store

I really enjoy shopping Macys. You can get some pretty good deals during major sales days and when combining with extra discounts. I am sad that Macys is headed the Way of Sears and more big box mall stores. I am as guilty as everyone else choosing the convenience of Amazon over trips to local stores. I personally do not want to buy furniture, bedding and more without seeing it first. Please visit and give Macys business when you can and especially patronize the same salesperson in the furniture section as they work off commission. No I do not work for Macys but having purchased a house full of furniture from them and taking hours of a sales person's time i encourage you to be loyal to your salesperson.

They took their time they were nice they let me smell a lot of different fragrances and found me the one that was perfect for me I really appreciate it

There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe the exceptional experience I had today @ the Mac counter in Macys. The manager and my rep were truly beyond amazing. From start to finish they made my experience flawless. These people are a true gift. Thank you for making my day so special - I will be back again soon!

Native New Yorker here...I love to visit and shop. They never let me or my shoe game down.

Had to make an exchange for an online purchase. The sales associate was very helpful and made it easy to reorder and ship the item to me.

I had the most wonderful experience with a young lady at the Mac counter. I’m not really one to go out of my way to leave reviews but the customer service I received from Vas was worth sharing my experience. She was patient with me, very helpful and knowledgeable. I walked away having learned so much. I haven’t been back to this Mac counter in over a year because of a bad experience. However, this new team is truly amazing. Vas taught me so much and made me feel truly beautiful. I definitely recommend visiting this counter!!

Store has pretty much everything. And prices are generally pretty good too

Great remodeling and new checkout counters. Great selection, and even after you've decided to pay the price for something there's usually another discount at the check out.

The store is beautiful and has a lot of things to die for. However, my experience was the greatest because of an employee. She was super disrespectful and had regards for a human being. The manager that I approached about the situation was super nice and went about e and beyond to keep me satisfied. Besides that employee, I highly recommend this Macy's.

Nadeem at the sunglasses hut went above and beyond to help my mom find her new pair of sunglasses. She was particular about what she wanted, but Naeem was so patient with her. She ended up leaving with what is now her favorite pair of sunglasses! Thank you so much to Naeem for all of his help and customer service!

This is a great place to shop. They have a great selection of all types of merchandise.
Get jewelry, watches, clothing, shoes and home goods. The best thing of all take it with and enjoy. No waiting for A to deliver your stuff.

I was walking through the Fragrance Department and Demi politely stopped me by showing me how AMAZING and powerful the GAULTIER DIVINE
EAU DE PARFUM is. I have only Marc Jacob’s Daisy but now I AM HOOKED on the GAULTIER DIVINE EAU DE PARFUM. I cannot wait to go back! I was hoping they would have a gift set in stock but since it’s so new they don’t :(

Erica in the Macy’s Mac cosmetics counter was the most helpful beauty artist I’ve ever come across! She helped me with products that I needed instantly and when I asked questions about her the company she gave me detailed information that benefitted me in multiple ways even some details that I couldn’t find online. I appreciate you and hope you inspire more people to be as kind and helpful as yourself!
