All I can say is wow!!!!! Jeff is our salesman. He was holding our hands through the tough stuff. I could not make up my mind on what I wanted, and he was very patient with us. We went in the Norcross location a few weeks ago unsure of what furniture we wanted for our first home. TODAY WAS DELIVERY DAY! The two men that put together our furniture were quick, efficient, and very polite. I look forward to my next purchase at Georgia furniture Mart again!!!

We love this place! It's HUUUGE!!!! Most recently, I wanted to buy an inexpensive, neutral-colored, cozy chair for the living room that was large enough for my dog to sit on it with me and stretch out. Mission accomplished! I really like that the sales people don't follow you around. They just let you browse. Very cool. Thank you. A++++++ 💗🐾

Hello, it's very rare in this day of manipulation, money and blatant disrespect for the wages of a hard working individual to find a reputable sales agent, but I found the exception here at Georgia Furniture Mart. The manager there, "Lewis" is the bright light we all need. For me, when a man isn't afraid to say he knows the Lord and not flinch, I'm open to see what his character truly is and he did not dissappoint. He helped me with everything in the house. He was honest about damages and even pointed them out to me so I could make an informed decision. He recognizes Vets and the sacrifices we've made. No pressure sales. That's what I like. I saw a bed I liked and he asked, "How do you know?" You haven't laid on the mattress to see if its compatible to your needs. That's like buying a shoe you never tried on..🤦. I will be doing my business here. To all my Vets, we are good here. Go by and get great prices and exceptional customer service.

My mother and I went shopping for a recliner. We were greeted at the door and they promptly asked what we were looking for. My mom gave her list of needs and they directed us to 5 Recliners. She feel in love with one and we were out the door in no time and picked it up same day from their distribution center. Flawless from start to finish and the price was unbeatable from competitors. We went back a month later and bought two ottomans and received the same 5 star service.

Got there early, so no crowds. Needed a bed set that day. Met Tim, who took care of me. Out the door in 30 minutes headed to the warehouse. Delivery guys were great getting the package to my trailer. We discovered a piece not included but was in the advertisement. Tim took care of it with no hassle. Ended the day with a bed and a new friend.

I've had a great time with faheemah picking out furniture for my house she was patient working with me and not pushy like the location and the lay out and the delivery crew was on time and point I will recommend this store to all my family and friends

My shopping experience with Georgia Furniture Mart this time around was amazing and excellent. I appreciate how Nico gave my husband and I the space to look around the showroom without feeling pressured. He is detail oriented and took the time to go over every policy and guidelines with us which I truly appreciate working in an industry where we have the same expectations with our associates. For added bonus, he literally stayed after hours with us to allow us to make all of our selections to complete our transaction. You have a true gem on your hands. Honorable mention goes to Jermaine as well. I visited the store the night before and he gave me the room to browse the store and also was available for any questions I had. I appreciated his service as well. I only ask that you ask some of your associates to read the room and understand the different personalities that are coming through your doors. I have felt pressured relentlessly where I literally walked out the door without making any purchases. Nico and Jermaine read the room and never made me feel forced to make a purchase. I will always ask for them by name with future purchases. Please make sure both Nico and Jermaine receive accolades for their genuine and thorough customer service they provided

I called asking for availability on mattresses in stock. I spoke with Bryant. He knew all the inventory by heart and that was impressive plus made me laugh over the phone, so I felt comfortable coming in person.

I came in and he showed me the mattresses I inquired about as well as the upgraded versions. Well, I didn’t purchase any of the mattresses I called about, but the upgraded one AND at a good price. He worked with my budget which I appreciated and was super real and transparent about what’s good and bad. So, that is why I recommend him and I will be returning.

The manager named Robert was accommodating and friendly, too. It was a painless experience. I will be returning. I’m upset I didn’t purchase all my furniture from them. I doubt I’ll shop for furniture anywhere else now. Thanks y’all!

Very good customer service. Every time I went in the guys at the front always made me laugh and made me feel welcome within the facility. I recently purchased a couch and I am super excited to get it. Thanks for all of your help I greatly appreciate it all of your hard work.

Great place overall. I recommend this place for furniture that's middle of the road quality but good prices. The furniture isn't flimsy like some place I've tried. This is my second time buy furniture for my kids rooms and it's been the best deal for the quality. The only things I would complain about is more on the delivery. They didn't take off their shoes when they delivered inside my house and I noticed a little chip on bed frame after they left a couple hours later. So please check your furniture before you sign. I do have to say they were nice enough to put my box spring and mattress on the bed set after they were done plus move the furniture a bit without a complaint. Overall good for price!

I was driving by and saw the store and stopped in. I was greeted by Justin who turned out to be an exceptional salesman. He was patient and attentive. I found the lamp I was looking for plus some and brought my daughter back to grab some stuff for her home as well.
All over great experience. Everyone was friendly and we LOVE our purchases!!!!!

My experience with GA furniture was awesome from the time I stepped in to the time I walked out. Every associate I spoke with was prompt, professional and engaging. Even the check out clerk was amazing. I believe the man’s name that helped me was Chad, amazing amazing person. We worked with me on pricing, financing and even the in two pillows. I will be returning!

Danielle was very nice, she explained the whole process and made sure my order was submitted timely for me to pick up from the warehouse. She is truly an asset, she also walked me all the way to the front door when I inquired about the discount furniture. Also, the guys at the warehouse were great. They were very polite and professional. I had the best overall experience in purchasing this table top and look forward to patronizing your store again.

Your prices are good! But our sales person acted like my wife and l were unimportant and wasn't friendly and he could take our business or not. We would have bought a sectional but his attitude was so underwhelming that we refused to complete or desired purchases. Again the bargains there are great! But next time we will get another sales person. We saw several great sales team members and wished that we had one of them.

Excellent service from very knowledgeable folks! Great experience. Prompt replies to questions. And they have an awesome selection with competitive prices. This was a repeat visit for us to purchase a sale item. We drove over an hour because of the service and price on an item not available near us. Highly recommend to all our family and friends. We recently purchased a sofa here and Faheema was our sales rep. I would say that she was very helpful in giving us the tour and explaining all the details. Overall I would highly recommend this place for the furniture, they have a good collection and my experience with the sales team was very good.

I haven’t been to this location in a very long time I think I went even before. It was called GA furniture Mart and I completely loved it there. My husband and I went to buy a bed and we had just went down the street to rooms to go outlet and we’re not very impressed and I remembered that I had gone here several years ago with my mom and we decided to take a look and we ended up finding our bed our sales person. Brandon was a very helpful person. He did not follow us the whole time like a creepy sales person. He gave us our space he checked in on us periodically to see how we were doing, and he answered all the questions that we had. he gave us a lot of useful information to help us make the decision on which bed we ended up purchasing. I have already told more than five people where to go by their bed from and already recommended for them to go speak with Brandon. I will definitely be back to get the rest of the set for my bed hoping everything will fit in my room. But I will definitely be back to this location and will be buying more!
