What more than a coffee & a smile that makes your day in the morning, the gentleman working in this 7-Eleven is very cheerful and nice, grab your coffee or snack and make your day. Very friendly team

Good service from most employees. There is one guy who doesn’t seem to talk at all. He rung me up at the register like 6 times already and hasn’t said a word yet. I understand everybody has hard times. I would have liked a “Hey how you doing” or “good morning”or something. Just not very professional, that one guy.

Says it's open 24/7 yet its always locked down with lights off around 3am.

RUDE CASHIER!!!
The customer service is awful. The cashier gave me an attitude because I used a cup to try a sample size of the slurpee and when it was too sweet, I got a Big Gulp instead. He charged me for the cup and said it wasn’t free. Keep in mind I purchased gas and another drink and he still gave me an attitude. I was disgusted how aggressive and rude he was! I will never come back here.

most shifts are cool and run the store smoothly. except the night shift around 9 and 10 pm. food is never freashly made. i went in today for a slice of pizza at around 8 pm it was not freash and looked old so i left without. i returned about an hour later for somthing else but i did check the food and low and behold the food from earlier was still there looking even worse. so watch out for food thats being kept out way too long

Was just there. The employee messed up my prepaid gas payment and put it on the wrong pump. Proceeded to tell me it was my fault. Told me that it would get refunded if I didn't pump it, but simultaneously said it was pumped.

He then decided his best bet was to lie and get into a yelling match with me over who was at fault from me telling him 3 times which pump I was on to make sure he heard me and he still messed it up. He didn't give me a receipt and after walking right back in he acted like he didn't remember that I had literally walked out less than a minute ago and that he had only had 2 customers since me. He almost made 7eleven rob me of 15 bucks. Had I not been as persistent that's exactly what would have happened and I would be much more unhappy. Horrible customer service, and he lied to me when I asked for his name and said his name was John. Wow.

Went to car wash. Drove in soap dispensed on entire car it stopped. Went inside to inform manager and he immediately went in defense mode explaining to me I haven't paid. Once I informed him my vehicle is in stall with soap dripping he told me to calm down when he was the aggressor. End of story no money refunded just a ticket with a free code. Stay away from this place unless it's absolutely life and death. Also beware of the homeless people hanging out watching people enter car wash.

Absolutely apathetic employees on the night shift. The lack of a manager's presence is apparent. Promotional pricing was physically on the packaging of the ítem and the cashier would not change it to the correct price. I don't need to shop here if customer service is optional.

Card readers on pumps need to be checked for card skimmers, had a card I only use for gas get charged hundreds of dollars today after filling up a few days ago.
