Great Wall Supermarket

Good selection of fruits, vegetables and meat. Price is very fair as well. If you are a Chinese they have a good selection of Chinese groceries in the area.

I had no idea this place had finally opened up! we went because I really wanted to compare it to 99 Ranch. it's slightly cheaper & it has more of the items I grew up with. I actually found all the Chinese items I wanted at this location vs. 99 Ranch!

so this supermarket like 99 Ranch has a fish section, hot pot section, fresh produce, frozen section & a work in progress food court. the only thing it doesn't have right now is a bakery. I think Great Wall would do great if it had a dining option like it does in Falls Church. I'd love some good pineapple buns haha

I was fairly impressed with the selection plus. they have the black sesame candy I was craving which 99 Ranch does not carry! it's a little closer to me than 99 Ranch but not by much. I'll definitely be going to this supermarket more often, plus with my parents coming to visit, I know they prefer Great Wall (as it was started in NY).

as of right now, the food court only has BaoBuddy which isn't bad, but sells all their buns in bulk (pack of 6 for $20). the Chinese lady kept talking to us in Mandarin & would yell at people if they touched the buns. my husband had such a hard time understanding her because the music was incredibly loud and she was talking very low haha he got incredibly confused, but we did walk away with a pack of buns (pork scallion buns). incredibly juicy, pretty flavorful, but it was more bread than filling.

It's a Chinese Grocery store, so it's expected to be less clean than Giant or stores like that. However, it has more and better selection. The price point is decent. The BBQ place in the food court is awesome.

A clean, LARGE, well organized supermarket with wonderful produce - I was even surprised to see Durian for sale. Found some larger sized jars of Char Siu sauce for making homemade bao (they have their own huge selection of frozen buns and dumplings too). There are two entrances/exits each with it's own set of about 4 registers. Prices are already high everywhere and for everything at this period in time but Great Wall is a bit higher than Lotte or H Mart but there is also a fantastic variety to choose from. 6/20/22

Great selection of products and my go to source of instant teas when I am in the area (VA).

Large selection including chestnuts for roasting which Giant stopped carrying.

This market has a complete line of Asian grocery. Fresh vegetables, all kinds of frozen buns and dim sum. It has many Chinese pastries. It is a fun place to shop

Great place, very accessible and good prices for great produce! There were plenty of vegetarian friendly choices as well for pre-made foods and such. Very clean place too, lots of parking.

Just like going to a foreign country. 12:30 pm on a Sunday we got the last soy sauce chicken. The other roast. Mears looked very promising. We will be back but earlier in the day next time

Great store, has everything you would expect from an Asian super market.

Though as of now the place seems lack on staff, but the price and selection are good. Place is clean big bright. I'd happy to shop here.

Had forgotten the experience of walking in a grocery and smelling food. An abundance of choice in everything from produce through fresh (and live) fish.
