Lidl

I was happy to see Lidl, as an european visiting the State. The store was well equipped and the prices fair! Keep up the good work!

This is another one of my new favorite supermarket stores. I've never been to a LIDL so I wasn't sure what to expect. We came in pretty early after we dropped off our own to the vet (which was conveniently located on the other side of the strip mall). They took the old spot of what used to be Big lots! right next to Walmart on Jermantown Rd.
They had a nice selection of produce and a wonderful smelling bakery! We had to try out their loaves. For $.79 we couldn't say no to a loaf! It was delicious by the way. We had sandwiches for lunch 😋.
We also grabbed some of their sale items: blueberries were sweet, cabbage was only $.39 (a steal!), organic bananas were $.89 for 10 (I think). Then we browsed through their frozen items. The crab cakes were in sale for $3.99 a pack, each pack had 4 crab cakes. They were delicious and for a dollar a crab cake, we got two packs! Because why not?!?
They had some delicious-looking frozen pizzas but we didn't grab any because we already have crab cakes but will definitely be back to try some of their frozen meals. They seem to be a cross between Trader Joe's and Aldi- which is great because we love both stores!!! We'll definitely be back. Bit sure how long they'll be doing this but just a tip: sign up and download their app and you get $5 off your $30 purchase. Check them out!

Prices quality and service cant be beat!! Highly recommend checking out! Not just food items but non food items as well at prices you wont believe!

The store was open on 7/29 and they had a nice opening day. Very well organized staff, great prices and full stoke on shelves through the day. Welcome to Fairfax, Lidl!

It was my first time there. You find quality products and good promotions.

Everything is cheap here except for the quality of their merchandise. I love the breads and meat products. We just came there for burger putty, but we end up buying a lot more. It's worth walking around the store.

I love the price range ,clean ,easy set up easy to find stuff.

Clean, bright, well designed, and a great selection. One quick pass lets you get exactly what you're looking for, and a few things you didn't know you wanted/needed. Happy staff and great service: A great experience. Get the app for coupons and specials.

Staff always friendly. Food is fresh. I love the basic and herb sauce. Try some of the brands.

If you want fresh baked bread, go there early in the morning. they're cheaper than Giants, Safeway or Wegmans

I don't know why, but I love this store. Good quality food, low price, the staff is friendly and the middle isles of 'stuff' are not only fun to browse but useful. Yes they're cheap and perhaps disposable items, but you didn't come to the store looking for them but you left with them and that's the point.

This was my first visit to a budget grocery store, and I was pleasantly surprised! The store was big and the aisles are very wide, making it easy to navigate. I was impressed by the bakery selection. They had a good variety, and the prices were amazing. I tried their butter croissants which were delicious and less than half the price for the same thing at Whole Foods. The produce section looked comparable to other grocery stores. Pantry items also had a decent selection. I will definitely be back.

I am a big Lidl fan already, but this store is the best. It is bigger than other stores I have been to and much better stocked.

grocery prices have simply gone up everywhere, I bought few refreshments and couple frozen foods and ended up paying 120 dollars. I wish they had a discount app. many high quality german products. german coffee is good

Great deals, good safety supplies. I've only been here 3x, but so far I was impressed. Staff is usually very friendly and I haven't hit the situation's like at aldi where you're in line all day because not enough people are at the registers.
