I’m a licensed stylist and decided to visit this location with my boyfriend to pick up a few things like we have done many times before. The entire time we shopped, the worker followed my bf around from aisle to aisle without assisting or asking if he needed help. Not sure if theft is a common issue at this location but it made us feel uncomfortable enough that we wont be returning.

I had two bad experiences with this location
They treat the customer with no respect
First time I thought maybe she had a bad day

The employee Steffany is the champion with the poor costumer service,she never is on mood to treat client.

Extremely poor service. Need to work on this particular employee’s attitude towards the customer and instead of just sitting there playing on the phone and pointing finger, she needs to actually helping the customer. This was my first time and will be my last. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
