I have dealt with a lot of different CVS pharmacies across the country and have hated every experience. But the gentleman pharmacist and the two women I’ve talked to working at this location have been nothing but so helpful and kind. My medications have had issues with shortages, back orders, wrong scripts, sent to wrong locations, etc and I know they’re stretched thin with less employees to back the pharmacy. They have tried everything they can on their end and have been so helpful in finding alternatives and guiding me to get the correct things. I think they deserve the kindness and praise for their hard work in the face of a lot of pressure and dwindling resources. I can’t even imagine how stressful it is to work in the pharmacology field, especially with how many medications and people are dealing with shortages.

I would like to give a special thanks to Mr.Joseph. He is so kind, professional, patient and very helpful. I had a great purchasing experience at cvs with his assistance. Greatly appreciated!!

Hello, this morning I went to the CVS because I needed to buy something. Subarna (the lady cashier) was very nice, helpful and professional. She definitely made my day! I am a frequent buyer from CVS, I love the store. I can find anything I need. I usually buy a lot from you guys, but I never ask for a carepass card. And this morning I asked your employee, and she helped me right away, and gave a coupon discount of $10.00 for applying to the card. My total purchase was $11.29 and after my discount I only pay $1.34 for my item. The registration was very easy and quick. I definitely give her a 10 which is the highest score for you guys, she really deserves a 100. Subarna keep up the good work and friendliness!! Kuddos to you!!! Pharmacist named Massa (or Martha) is the best pharmacist I've encountered in this area. She is always professional and unhurried when she's giving advice (whether allergies, or how I was unnecessarily paying double the price for the medicine I was picking up). Very helpful, and saved me a pretty penny. Wish she always had a top-notch staff to assist her because the only delay that ever happened was because an assistant had misread a line of the script before Massa received it. It was cleared up in no time though. Great location because Massa/Martha is great and empathetic to her cvs clients. She is definitely one of those people who will probably get promoted to a higher position (and then you have to search for another great pharmacist 😆), which she totally deserves.

I’ve been a customer at the CVS pharmacy for over a decade and as far as I remember I always had great service from the very professional crew from the pharmacist to the technician and employees Alex the previous manager was phenomenal, and I always had a great experience with her. Pham, the new manager and her Pharmacist Masa are doing a fabulous job running the pharmacy. Yeshi, the employee at the Pharmacy is very professional and has a great personality. She is going above and beyond to help me out with my orders. Overall, I’m writing this because when it comes to my medication, I don’t have any stress because I know the CVS staff at 2121 15th street N Arlington VA 22201 are there for me.

I needed a copy of a receipt from days ago from a purchase that a work associate had made. All I had was the dollar amount and an approximate time window and the manager on duty, Aster, went through multiple registers over about an hour or more of time to find it for me. Incredibly helpful and gracious. With a management staff so involved and prescient to customer concerns and needs, I would highly recommend this location and hope to bring more business there myself!

Subarna was very helpful and knowledgeable during my experience at CVS. Definitely will be returning to that store.

I have a mail order pharmacy, so I don't use the pharmacy at this CVS. However, this CVS is well-stocked with most needs and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

I live in Courthouse, close to the “please don’t call this a target... I don’t know what it is but it’s not a real target Target” and this is one of those CVS’s that sells EVERYTHING. It’s more Target than Roslyn Target.
From a girls’ POV, the selection of hair and makeup and skin care etc is almost overwhelming it’s so vast. Upstairs is everything but beauty stuff and food, and they have stuff not typically suspected to find at CVS.

Thank you to Oanh in the pharmacy. I wasn't feeling well tonight and she went above and beyond to get me my prescriptions quickly. I so appreciate it.

From my own experience, cvs staff and employees have always been very friendly, and polite. If I had a question about anything they were always there to help.

Nice place decent selection... It is so far the only cvs... I have been to in the whole country.. That has a 2nd floor.. Elevator and escalator available... Kinda neet..

The new store Manager is amazing !!very nice person with helping hand and jumps to assist the customers whenever is needed.

This is the only CVS I commuted to get my vaccines.
