7-Eleven

Not gonna lie, half the bad reviews here about poor customer treatment is probably because they deserved it. I lived here for 4 years and come everyday for food and have seen a lot happen in this store. I’ve seen and met the store owner and he’s a fair and good man. He only treats people poorly/ban them if they disrespect or steal from his store and that’s completely fair. (I’ve seen this first hand a couple of times myself). The employees here are a little quirky but I think that’s because English isn’t their first langauage but they try very hard and work hard too. I love this service and store. I do recommend this 7-Eleven. Those negative comments here are probably people that were banned/stole or did something stupid haha.

No idea where the rude comments are coming from. These guys are awesome very friendly and great workers. Very willing to help on anything

well stocked 7-11 with friendly staff but the homeless/drug addict problem is next level. my wife refuses to go any longer because she gets harassed and yelled at for not paying the 'entry fee'.

The worst 7-Eleven I have ever experienced in my life. If you want to be treated as a criminal or a thief just come here especially if you’re a different race, not trying to brag Make I make 20k a month I live across the street 500K condo I literally went there 10 First two times give them the benefit of the doubt From what I see it’s from MANAGEMENT and employees. 90% of the people that work in there they assume they’re already going to steal which is far from it I will go to blocks up to 7-Eleven give them my money Because the simple fact I tried to make an effort to show them. I want to become a regular because it’s convenient if they don’t get that after the 10th time then there’s something seriously with this staff and 7-Eleven needs to take a look at it from all The negative reviews I’m seeing a viral moment, waiting to happen same complaint over and over that I am talking about so please don’t waste your time or money for a place that doesn’t want you there Plus It’s a negative vibe from all the staff no smiling faces Just cold stairs, Unpleasant environment

Had a horrible experience with a rude clerk, who accused me of wasting a big gulp cup, and putting ice in it, which I didn't do. I had thought about getting a big gulp but changed my mind, after pressing two of the fountain drinks. All I did was pick up a cup, but put nothing in it. Instead I got two different sodas. Upon checking out, this rude cashier kept angrily accusing me of wasting the cup by putting ice in it, and said she saw me and don't tell her I didn't. This was crazy and another cashier walked over and checked me out, and was slightly friendlier. I will never go back to this location again after being treated like this.

please do NOT come here they will accuse you of stealing i’ve been coming to this 7/11 everyday multiple times a day for 6 months and today when i walked in to buy stuff for the SECOND TIME when i made my way to register the employee had asked what i put in my jacket i clearly showed him there was nothing there and he repeatedly said there was something i put in my jacket i then showed him again and stil was not convinced i believe the owner or manager came out to talk to me and i explained the situation she seemed to have sided with the employee and said that she has cameras and she will check them very unacceptable way to treat paying customers but apparently i am not the first they treat poorly just take a look at the reviews !

Bad service with the cashiers Today I went during my lunch hour to buy some sweets with a work friend. He bought a jogur after he paid for it, he opened it and told the cashier that it didn't look good and told him to go get another one and when He opened it turned out the same thing, so the coworker told him that he didn't want anything anymore and he went out and I went to pay and he wanted to charge me another jogur when he himself told him to go have another one to see if They were the same and I told him that I was not going to pay him because I was not the one who was buying jogur and he told me that because we walk in together and because he sees us talking that we work together and we walk in together in to seven 11 no it means that we are going to buy things together when I told him that if he didn't he was going to charge me for what I was buying he told me that he was not going to charge me if I didn't pay him the other jogur and when I sanded him that it's fine that he didn't charge me Why wasn't I going to pay for something that I wasn't charging and the woman who was at the other cash register told me that I was restricted from going back to the store, never in my life I had a situation that I had to pay for something I didn’t open or eaten , another person will not charge me for my things, it is a bad but bad service also I’m going to report to cooper maybe the can doing something about the horrible service the have

The general manager/owner is very rude. I used the mobile checkout kiosk one evening because there was a long line and using the mobile checkout kiosk would have ideally made my trip more convenient. I paid for some drinks and a large pizza through the app/mobile pay kiosk. Even though I showed him the receipt on the app and in my email, the manager insisted on double checking the purchase on his end. He had trouble verifying my purchase on his end. After a few painfully long minutes of him fumbling around with his mobile checkout hardware, he realized that I wasn't trying to steal a large pizza and a 2 liter of coke, and instructed his employee the cook my large cheese pizza.

I've only ever had bad interactions with this manager. Rude AND incompetent is no way to run a business. He should consider treating customers he sees regularly with better customer service.

Was told I could not get 99 cent refills on coffee even though their website advertised it. I will never go back to the store again. I noticed all the negative reviews and nothing's being done about it. I'll probably just find another franchise like Valero to go to.... there are other ones that treat their customers nicer than 7-Elevens.

Worst brunch again. They think that you can use Street as restroom!

I wish I can give him no stars! I come to this 7-11 at least every single day. The owner is very rude. I wanted to get 2 slices of pizza, as the cashier wanted to make the slices for me, the owner came out and denied it . Told us I had to buy the WHOLE pizza. Which I wasn’t hungry for a whole pizza. He said if I didn’t like that I don’t have to come back. Very unacceptable, me as a manager I would never talk to a customer like that especially that’s spending money. Last night me and a couple of friends went to the store. He told us we are banned because we come in the store too much. Which isn’t right. As s customer we have a right to come in the store. That’s our neighborhood store. I feel he is racist or prejudice. He stereotypes a lot and always thinks people want to steal from him. Can something be done about this. This is very unfair
