The LEGO® Store Natick

I am so satisfied with this store because my son loves Legos, and it is not crazy far. They have star wars, Disney, and build-your-own- Legos and stuff. Definitely recommend for kids who love to build.

I was in the store on Saturday with my daughter who is gender non-conforming and usually people call her "buddy" or other typical masculine terms but the employees here did not and I really appreciate that. They were also kind and patient with all the children in the store. I don't know if they have received special training or if the employees are just more understanding of the diversity of their client base but keep it up and if it was special training, I suggest other stores provide it for their employees as well!

Things had changed quite a bit since. So I am updating my review to show how happy I am walking in. Especially since COVID, the measures they took and just the kind and welcoming demeanor help make all those restrictions and frustrations much easier to handle. Those simple greetings, as insignificant as they may seem, may just be the only human kindness someone get that day. And it's free to be nice, spread the love.

Great Lego store! It's really neat how they have window boxes displaying sets that are ready to be built.

Its Lego! Kids love it, there are some free build tables which gives the kids something to do. The monthly build event is fun, and selection for kits here is good considering the size.

Always a great selection of new and standard sets to give everyone something to look forward to with each visit. Super friendly and helpful staff. Kid friendly with sample sets and activities.

Very friendly and helpful staff and a fun place for kids to play/shop. It would be nice if it were a bigger space, but it's fine. Huge selection of LEGOs!

Really great service and environment

Felt just like a kid when walking in and had a huge smile on my face the whole time looking at all the cool Legos. Staff was very helpful and joyful to be around.

Good selection of Lego kits or you can bulk buy Legos.

They have a lot of the high end sets that you just don't see in other stores. Beautiful displays and well stocked.

I love the Lego store. We are incredibly lucky to have so many on New England. The Natick store has been one of our go to stores for several years now.

My son really enjoyed spending his allowance here. He also got a VIP card and some free gifts.

The staff are so nice and conversational! I love going to the LEGO store and most of the time we head down to Massachusetts just because of the legos.

The sales associates share the same knowledge and passion about Lego that I have. I would much rather go there and speak to someone than buy online!
