Theresa is my hair stylist and she is so good to me! I love to put my hair up and she fixes my hair if and when I want it up or down! She is always smiling and greets everyone as we walk to get my hair washed! She has been my hair stylist since I got married to Neil 6 years ago. My daughter introduced her to me and I follow her wherever she is working because she knows how to fix my hair the way I like it! On the 28th of October she did my hair for my 80th birthday celebration and husband loved it! Thank u for having a wonderful person working in your salon!

Had what I was looking for. Very happy with the dress I bought for our granddaughter.

JC Penny salon stylist Nicole Mihm just did an amazing hair cut along with a great head massage shampoo! She is so talented! Will definitely be going back!

JC Penney is a great place to shop. At The Maplewood Mall, JC Penny store today, I had a wonderful experience. I found a tremendous bargain for house slippers and dress pants. I always ♥ love to shop at Jc Penney, because the service is great. The atmosphere is relaxed and there are so many bargains. I feel JC Penny cares about their customers.

I love the customer service here! The color I decided that I wanted to go must be popular because they ran out in the salon. Instead of saying sorry but you have to pick another color, the manager, Leslie, ran to the supplier to grab it! She's awesome and Jeannette worked with me every step of the way and explained each process and even price. They are smaller than some other locations but very nice and quiet. Great place for self care day!

It seems to me that it is running short of staff, in the areas where I was I did not see people ordering a lot of fallen clothes that the store looked neglected.

Been coming here since I was a kid. I enjoy coming here a lot and they usually have a wide variety of various products to choose from. Always decent prices and can usually find coupons to save a good chunk of money here. I like when they do the Kohl's cash

5 stars because of the person, Ala, that rang my mother and I up. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store almost looks like they're getting ready to go out of business, but it could just be summer clearance stuff.

Lots of great clearance deals, available at jcp. Lots of items on final markdown, 85% off because no one was able to buy during the previous markdowns while the covid 19 shutdown.

I loved my shopping experience at the Maplewood JCP location. Today, I was clearance shopping and bargain hunting for end of the season items. I found some great deals and prices on activewear. The original price for the pants was $44 that were on sale for half price( $22). On the JCP website that had coupons in various discount ranging from 15% non creditcard. Jcp card members got 20% off the order plus were about to use reward dollars. With the combined saving it I got 2 pairs of pants for $15 dollars. I'm happy🤗

We don't go to JC Penney often, but this time we did for Thanksgiving. We had a pleasant experience, and the wait wasn't too bad for such a popular shopping holiday.

Always love the job my stylist Angie does on my hair. Would recommend this location for all types of hair service including eyebrow waxing.

If you know the right time to shop you can get some big deals. They also have big and tall clothes, something I can't find at Macy's.
