Journeys

I literally went to every shoe store in the mall.. Both footlocker and Champs no one even greeted me or acknowledged me. I was finally about to leave the mall and decided to go into Journeys. A young lady named Katie helped me.. told me what shoes were good comfortable walking shoes. Sat with me while i tried them on and I finally found a pair i liked! I wish more stores had customer service like the service i recieved here. I'll definitely be back!

I had called there while in the Maplewood mall 2/18/18 and JJ was absolutely the best help!!! We went to the store. Did not have what we wanted, but offered to order them in the white color. She went the next step and had us try on product, just different color to ensure the size was proper. Already delivered. JJ was wonderful and it was just a great customer experience. Will definitely will shop there again.

I had a nightmare of an exchange online and came to the store to try to sort it out. Casey was very very helpful and got me the right product before I left. I am very appreciative of the service I got and am very happy with the outcome. Thanks!

Geena is amazing! When I walk in there she goes above and beyond to make me happy and walk out their with a purchase. Her smile is contagious. I always looking forward to having Geena help me and my family out!
