Hot Topic

I come here every once in a while with my dad when I want a new shirt or Hot Topic collectible, and every time I shop here the staff is always super kind and willing to help.
One staff member was very patient when I was porting my Hot Topic account on my new phone. Even though I kept checking my phone, they were patient and told me to take my time. They also have a very nice selections of items, especially on their website.
While I wish the actual store had a larger selection of items, it's still fun to look around to see what they have in stock. I got some of my favorite clothing items from the store, like the one in the picture. If you like stores with items from fandoms, I would recommend coming here :)

I got a great Halloween sweater here at a terrific value. The delivery was quick.

Friendly staff! Also top their music choice, was jamming out in there not going to lie.

It's a place for adults the almost be kids in a way. For instance I bought a Loungefly backpack and wallet with Pixar characters on it. I love this place!!!!

The girl working there let me make multiple transactions so I could use all my coupons and got $95 in merchandise for $35!! Now that is great service!! They are a smaller hot topic so their merchandise selection wasn't as big as say the store in Mall of America! But they still had a decent amount of merchandise like shirts, jewelry, nick nacks etc.

Love this place!! The staff are always super helpful and chill.
Weekdays are slower leaving the store less cramped so I recommend going then if you feel claustrophobic (it's more crowded around Halloween and Christmas regardless of the day though)

I took my son here to get a specific pair of pants and all the ladies there were awesome. They didn't have the exact ones he wanted but helped him order online and delivered to the store free of charge. Turns out one of the pairs weren't correct and they easily offered him to order another pair online and matched the price. It took about a week for each order to be delivered and you get notifications along the way

They carry a variety of fun, funky items. Everything from t- shirts, Harry Potter items, clothes, all types of body jewelry, and so much more. Every time we have been there all the staff have been kind, knowledgeable, and very understanding. We will go back again!

I still love the store even in my old age.

Hot Topic has changed over the many years but it's my favorite place to spend the money I wish I had when I was 13.

It's Hot Topic. It has obscure and not so obscure fandom items. I've been going since I was young and I'm an old person walking in there these days. Still, the people working are always amazing. They have great advice and are always helpful.

It is a great store! Lots of unique items and the staff was very helpful for myself and both my son and daughter. Definitely will be an ongoing customer.

Was super grateful that I was able to quickly and easily exchange the dress that was gifted for a cute Harry Potter shirt. Staff was incredibly helpful, and walked me through the process.

The first Hot Topic I've been to in years that is actually playing something that isn't rap or hip-hop. The girl that rang us up was so friendly too! Definitely my favorite Hot Topic.

This is one of my favorite stores. I used to buy jrock music and magazines from there. I like their selection of tshirts, jewelry, and other accessories. What makes it even better is that they started carrying BT21 merchandise.

Definitely a great store if you want wierd and strange things. Customer service is actually really good as well.
