Wow.... so very rare to have an employee go out of their way to help....especially within a half hour of closing time. I came to print a few photos off to get signed by Twins players the following day at TwinsFest. The employee "TRENT" didn't rush me even though I know it was close to closing time...he went above and beyond to help & make sure that I was satisfied with my photo prints...I haven't seen someone so young be so respectful/helpful in a retail setting in a very very long time. Normally when I shop in this area (near Maplewood mall) ...it doesn't matter the store, but the customer service is just plain horrible. This visit was pleasantly so surprising that I felt the need to go out of my way to write this review. Good job Trent. I hope you get a pad on the back at the very least!

I hate so many things about this store. My 5-star rating is PURELY for DEB (if not for her, I wouldn't step foot in this store where they desperately need self checkouts). Deborah is PURE GOLD!!! I literally love this woman and her motherly kindness and helpfulness, and genuine care for her customers. She's whip smart and seems to be the brains of the entire operation.

In 2019, I gave a 1 star review with these words: Waited in line 10 minutes (for a prescription sent 2 hours ago), only to be told it will be just a few minutes... like 20! SERIOUSLY?

it appears they don't start to fill until AFTER you arrive.

Bad service Walgreens!

But today (June 2021), I called ahead for a new prescription, and it was ready when I arrived. Plus, the phone staff, as well as the window staff were pleasant and accommodating. Well done, Walgreens!

Pharmacy staff was amazing considering how busy they were ( they were definitely doing their best! ) The line moved fast and everyone was polite and friendly! The front desk staff was also amazing! I will definitely be back to this Walgreens!!!!

Great customer service today, we needed to pick up a prescription and lanes closed and windows boarded up which we totally understand so we called and they brought to the car. We haven't went into any establishment since covid so it was a relief to get curbside. So friendly and platinum service
