Kohl's Amazon return area is amazing! If you love shopping on Amazon but hate returns through regular mailing, Kohl's makes it easy and it's on the first floor.

Bring your phone and they scan the QR code for the Amazon return. Don't need the original package or anything. I've returned stuff in zip lock bags and they take it.

Super convenient and easy and normally get the refund confirmation same day. Also you get 25% off at the Kohl's store each time for Amazon returns so it really is great.

At the Maplewood Mall Kohl's, Anna was fantastic for us. She was patient and helped us to save a lot of money. We used our Kohl's card with Kohl's cash and the sale discount of 30%. She helped us to understand how the discounts were applied and made the shopping experience much easier. She even set aside our purchase while we got more stuff so we could qualify for more Kohl's cash.

I love shopping at Kohl's I always find what I need for myself or a gift for a member of the family or friend. With their exceptional staff always willing to assist in finding a product or to special order a product for me. The service I have received for customer service is exceptional. Their professional staff are also very friendly in answering questions and willing to go the extra mile, which includes carry outs for me. This is at the Kohl's in Maplewood Mall in Maplewood, MN. I have visited other MN Kohl's stores, WI store and CO stores. I was treated with great respect by all. Thank you all for your kindness!

Imagine my surprise! I was greeted by a very pleasant associate (Jada) at the Maplewood Mall store in Minnesota. She showed me exactly how to get downstairs to Customer Service for a return. After accomplishing that task, I bought a few items and returned to the same associate. I have never had that level of customer service anywhere! Thank you, Jada.

Even though it’s late in the season to buy a winter jacket, I found several options. The one I decided on was not only warm and comfortable, I got it for a great price!

My overall experience of the friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the store was very positive. I was helped to find the products in the store I intentionally bought.

I had hurt my back and wanted to buy a new set of dishes for my birthday and a clerical person carried the box to the cashier for me and also brought it out to the car for me. Very helpful and kind.

Overall was very pleased will go back whenever Im in town very knowledgeable and helpful.

Found great bargins, quality items, terrific sales woman at S. door entrance, by 4:30 pm-5pm, Service Counter, was wonderful! She patiently helped me, an elderly woman, with a purchase.

Found a lovely night gown today. I am old fashioned, I don't care too much for the sleep jammies you see all over with very few nightgowns available anymore. Kohl's had a lovely selection, thank you for catering to all kinds of interests!

This location embodies what i love about Kohls. The associates are friendly, helpful, and efficient. The manager obviously cares and is very friendly. Everywhere from the sales floor to checkout and the service desk nothing short of warm and fabulous service. Hands-down my favorite location.

Great customer service in the shoe department by Delores. She went above and beyond to look for a pair of shoes in my sons size. Thank you so much because we didn’t want to run to another store.

Great store! I can use a coupon to find some good deals! I really like the idea that you get $10 kohl's Cash for spending $50 every time! Wow! What a great store! It's like you get some money back! And spend the kohl's cash on something you can get for free! One of my favorite stores!
