You won't beat their selection of party supplies anywhere else in Frederick. They have a huge assortment of balloons, and filled my balloons for ~$1.50/ea.

Party city came through for our family on a couple last minute Halloween accessories for the kids. Bought online and picked up in store 30 minutes later

I mean it's party City. Has most stuff you're looking for for parties. The skeletons are too expensive here but the smaller ones that are 3 ft are at least $12, which is cheaper

I was able to get some last minute items from this location for my son's birthday. They did not have any dragon theme items but they did have chafing dishes and heating candles. The staff was really nice and the one young lady that checked me out helped me put my bags in the car which is really nice because I'm pregnant

This Party City location surprised me...is very clean, brightly lit, very spacious and very neat and organized. They had way more inventory than the tow locations I normally visit in Kentlands and Rockville, which was such a pleasant surprise. It's definitely become my go-to Party City location. Staff are also very friendly, professional, courteous, and available for questions.

This time when I went I was greeted right away. She asked if she could help and walked me over to the isle for Spiderman and was willing to even find put of there were additional accessories as I was making cupcakes.

I always buy decorations myself for our holidays, this time my Dad came to buy balloons for grandson, they flew away when he went outside. He can't catch them ((( But Lily and Jaylen from PartyCity saw that from window and they make new set of balloons for my Dad, For free!!! They saved my son's Birthday and my Dad from my Mom :) You know what happens when a wife gets angry with her husband...

I stopped in Party City for one item, Jelly Belly Buttered Popcorn flavored jelly beans. I had checked online for stores that carried the product and saw that Party City was supposed to be the outlet. I didn't check ahead for this particular location and unfortunately they didn't have what I wanted. But that isn't to take away from this store because it is jampacked with anything and everything you would want for a party. This was my first visit but won't be my last.

Ordering online was easy and I was notified that my order was ready before the pick up time and as soon as I got in I was helped and out of the door in less then 2 minutes

Very good selection and one of the better organized Party City locations I have seen.

Needed table skirts and patriotic decorations. Found everything I wanted and the service was friendly and efficient.

It was a ghost town. I've never had people ask me if i needed help in Party City. I"m sure its waaayyy different during Halloween. Shelves stocked. Items full. Friendly sales associates.

Staff was quick to help in finding my needs. I was quickly taken care of and was on my way. Great Customer Service.
