Steve is the best AT&T rep ever! I had a data issue that no other store or phone rep could solve for 2 months!!!! I came in to see Steve and he fixed everything on all my phones immediately!!! Thank you so much Steve!!!

We came in to get help setting up our new apple watch. Bree was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue we were having with a watch setup. Bree customer service is top notch! Bree and the rest of the staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Thank you

Steve did an excellent job with my phone today. I had so many problems with Verizon locking my phone and he was able to be patient and resolve my issue! Thrilled with his 5 star customer service when I was about to give up he didn't! Forever with AT&T now! And grateful for Steve!

We came in to get a new phone and Alonzo helped us. He was awesome. Best/friendliest experience we’ve ever had. He was helpful in getting everything set up and went above and beyond while helping us. Made everything a smooth transition to the new phone. Will come back to this store next time we need a new phone.

Your retail sales consultant, Oscar Hernandez, was by far the most professional and knowledgeable consultant we've ever dealt with. he made it a true pleasure to buy & set up our new iPhone 15s through him - the process was hasslefree and very fast. This AT&T did such a great job at paying attention I had the easiest transaction that I have ever done with my trade-in. Thankfully, they had the phone that I wanted in stock. I did call, but they did not pick up although when I went to store and saw how busy they were and were shortstaffed I completely understood.
I forgot the gentleman who attended me, but he was fantastic and very knowledgeable.He also explained how the trade-in is now being done instead of it being shipped off. I would 100% recommend this AT&T instead of the one on Gary Burns near Dunkin’ Donuts. This AT&T store is very professional! I had a chance to speak with other employees and they literally were the sweetest. Never did I not feel unwelcome here like the other AT&T store. Honestly, this store should be a representation to all AT&T stores.

Alonzo was aaaaamazing! I get such high anxiety getting a new phone! My last phone was android to android and lost all contacts but at AT&T store this man transferred text messages, notes, all pics everyTHING I’m so happy! The team that worked the day I visited was so friendly as we celebrated the cowboys big win!😂 easy parking, less than 5 min wait time,answer all questions and saved us so much money! Customer service is not DEAD it’s A-1 at this store!!! (Frisco)

We use AT&T at work for our busy security company. I manage the phone lines for both regular and FirstNet devices. FirstNet has been a game changer for us, because it means our phones have service when other networks are down.
The reps at this location are great! I exclusively use this location for all our needs. They always ensure we get the best price when we are adding lines. Visits are quick and seamless. They make my job so much easier.

The tech helped me immediately and was very knowledgeable. He transferred me from Verizon to ATT with ease and now my calls are not dropping and I have full signal. I am very happy. Verizon said I kight need a new phone but my phone is only 1 year old. It was definitely the network that was a problem.

I got myself into a jam today and got my car stuck in the parking lot near the ATT store. While I was in the parking lot trying to figure out how to get myself out of this bind an ATT employee Alonzo came over and helped me out and ultimately was able to get myself out of the jam I was in. I can’t speak to the store other than to say that Alonzo was incredibly kind and generous to go out of his way to help me out. If he was willing to go so above and beyond to help me out then I am sure he is even more of a rockstar with his actual customers. Thanks again for helping me out of a bad situation!

Walked in with multiple issues and changes to resolve. Oscar was completely patient, professional, and knowledgeable about our options. These older "non tech" consumers never felt rushed or pressured by Oscar, and we left 100% satisfied. What an asset this young man is to ATT.

I’ve heard of so many people complaining about different providers.
AT&T staff is very kind and professional. They made sure we got the best price possible and met our needs in 1 visit. We were in store maybe 45 min with a new phone updated, transferred all data etc. We are very happy with the service we received. AT&T will always be our provider.

I needed help transferring data from my old phone to my new one. The man who was wearing sandals greeted me and told me I should call a number for help. ...I came to the store to have a person walk me through the steps. I asked if another person in the store could help me, and this really nice gentleman (bald with beard and glasses) helped walk me through everything and explained it along the way. That is the service I needed! Five stars for him! Give that guy a raise and the one with the sandals some customer service training.

Fantastic experience picking up phone. The team recommended screen protector (and installed it!), magnetic charger and case — all appropriately priced and with first class service. It’s why I went in — so thankful!!

I had several issues with the new service (was sold to me by a rep who came to my house), including the line not getting activated, Reward center issues, 3x the bill that I signed up for, and a non-working SIM. All my attempts to reach the rep walere futile as the rep was on vacation for over 3 weeks. I had no choice but to visit the store and and was super lucky to be greeted by Stephen Kosar. He listened to all my concerns and routed the issue to the concerned parties for action. He composed a lengthy email outlining all the issues and helped me escalate the situation to the management level. Steve was just amazing, and made my experience a pleasurable one. He is an excellent rep who went over and beyond to help me out. Super service!

I am still awaiting full resolution of all the aforementioned issues, but without Steve's assistance, I would have been stuck at ground zero! Thanks Steve, you rock!
