Great experience, my first time in store. We have a membership and use it all the time. Always happy with the products. They also have a lot of other types of meat if your adventurous. Very competitive prices.

Impressive selection indeed. Overall, prices are comparable to local chain stores. Very clean and organized layout.

I was tempted not to leave a review because I don't want too many people knowing about this spot, but they deserve a shout out! First of all, big thanks to Grant for his awesome customer service! Not only was he knowledgeable about the products, he went the extra mile to make sure I got the best deal that I could on my order! The quality of the meat/seafood as well as the price is unbeatable. On top of that, they have convenient items like pre-sautéed onions (one of my favorite purchases here), as well as a number of spices (they seem to rotate/promote new ones each week or so)! This place gives you access to high quality and affordable proteins to make everything from a quick meal that you can throw in the oven or airfryer, to making a succulent centerpiece for your dinner table. I do all of my meat shopping here now!

Crystal is awesome. I had a issue that I had been emailing back and forth with corporate. Went to the store, explained it to her. She went above and beyond. Because of her, wife and I went back to the store a few days later and spent even more money. Good help is hard to find. She is definitely one of the good ones! And we love wild fork!

First time going to a fish market in texas. It’s really good because the merchandise is flash frozen. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everybody was really nice and the design of the store was simple. Can’t wait to buy all my meat and seafood from here. Location is convenient. Wish they had halal zabihah options as well but maybe soon. :) :)

Looks like it is Aldi version of Pork, Beef and Fish/seafood. Looking forward to buy stuff. Bring ice bag! Most of the food here are packaged and frozen. Have some small desserts (Lime Cake, Macaroni and chocolate cake).

WOW. I have never heard of this place before or knew anything about it. A ftriend of mine got me a gift card. I looked it up only, not onlybthe only location in TX but only like 1 of 2 that are outside of Florida. As soon as I walked in, amazed. If you like to grill, smoke, or cook, this place is all about meat. Very impressive. I was not expecting anything other than a typical grocery store, but it is all meat. The manager there was super helpful, seeing my wide eyes, asked how he could help - definitely needed help. I wanted a brisket for a competition, and I tell you what, the selection they have is amazing. Not some hit or miss, but every brisket looked awesome. Yeah, I'm going back!!

I had such a wonderful experience in the store. The employee “Christian “ was very knowledgeable, intelligent and welcome me if he had known me. Don’t get that at others stores. I have told so many of my friends about your product and customer service.

Super impressed with the turn around time. Shipment arrived within a couple of days well packed and everything frozen. Have sample the rib eyes and the chocolate melting cake hand 👏 both were yummy.

This will be where I purchase ALL of my meat. This place has it all AND they deliver. They have EVERYTHING!!! I now tell ALL my friends even in Georgia and they order from here. So glad I can shop here for all my meal prepping needs..

Great food;love the Elk! Great service as well … everyone is always professional,says hello always has a smile on their face and just provides great overall service …..was in the other day & I found 2 - $100 dollar bills on the floor in front of cash register… I notified store employees Chris & Devin who were great & honest & did the right thing! Immediately they were able to figure out who the customer was …contacted him by his rewards phone number & advised him of the situation…. I witnessed all this myself. The gentleman was able to come back and get his money….& Devin insisted on “comping” my steaks for being honest as well! Wild Fork Frisco is doing something right and provides excellent service and product!

Writing this review for anybody who was thinking about using this service - but, perhaps lives in a smaller more rural area. I got 3 items, 2 perishable, 1 not. I ordered on Wednesday afternoon - and received my items on Monday. Overall, I had a great experience and the food was not rotted. I live in Louisiana so it is pretty warm even during this time of year and so my biggest fear with ordering food is that it will go off by the time it arrives or it will be delivered in a time when I am not home and sit out for too long. The ClimaCell boxes they ship in do work (however, by the time I got my order it was not frozen anymore - just cold. But, nothing had gone off and I was home when it was delivered so I was able to pull everything from the packaging and put it in the fridge. That is my advice if you choose to order:

1. Order on a Monday - offices and such are closed on a Saturday and Sunday in large, so even if your order would only take 2 days normally, you may end up waiting 4 days due to the weekend.
2. Make sure you can be home the day it is supposed to arrive. They ship with UPS which is faster than USPS, but delivers on a wider schedule, as mentioned my food got dropped on it was still cold but not frozen and so if it had sat outside for 2-4 hours, it could have very easily gone off.
3. If you order food - plan on cooking it within a day or two of its arrival. I am going to assume their food is frozen when they originally send it and slowly thaws as it's being delivered and so I wouldn't order something I was planning on saving for a later date - order it and cook it fairly soon after as it probably shouldn't be frozen again.

Overall, I had no issues with them at all and will probably order some more from them. Where I live currently our grocery stores do not have many options and so places like this are nice to be able to try foods that you may never get a chance to try (or cook) otherwise

Awesome customer service!! I was recently in an accident where my car was totaled so had to order grocery delivery through Wild Fork for the 1st time. The Door Dash driver claimed to have dropped off my items, but swiped them instead and customer support wasn’t available due to Easter. WF manager, Ashley, jumped to action and made sure our dinner items were received within an hour! She’s very sweet. I’ve been inside, that lady was also very kind… she picked out my entire grocery list for me and helped me set up my account at the register. I’ve picked up orders curbside several times… those employees have been friendly and quick. Meat is always fresh, seafood too… it’s well-packaged and everything always tastes great. I don’t mind it’s frozen because the payoff is always great once cooked. It’s the only place I purchase meat items.

First time in a totally frozen food store and it was amazing. The variety and cuts of meat were outstanding. The clerk was knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. Will definitely be going back.

The BEST chicken breast/thighs and ground beef. Highest quality meat, great packaging. Frozen is better and safer. You will have more flexibility with buying frozen in bulk. All it takes is a little planning.

I can’t say enough about the food at Wild Fork but what really gets me is the customer service? The people are second to none they all treat me very well, and their knowledge on the product and how to prepare it always surprises me but Devins customer service is second to none. I always leave that store, feeling very well taken care of, and very excited about going home and preparing the food that I just purchased.

The choices and specialties of meat were phenomenal!! The service was fantastic and I have definitely found my new store for the exact types of special meats and fish!! They also have meals and veggies and pre-prepped fresh frozen items. It's awesome!

The employees are great and very helpful!
