Namaste Plaza Supermarket

It's located in the beautiful city of Belmont. Great location for the weekend shopping. A medium size parking lot is really helpful during peak hours shopping. One thing best about this store is you get an answer when you call them before going there in person. Just one mile away from highway 101 exit. Fresh Asian veggies available on Friday. I like their organic legume and lentil collection. You can get halal goat meat too.

This is the go to place for good quality Indian spices. Unlike some other stores you also get good veggies out here. I generally buy my favourite narasu filter coffee from here apart from regular grocery. Trust me it is difficult to find it it many places in India itself!!

Namaste Plaza has been my number shop ever since I was introduced by an Indian Priest friend. I get all what I need as far cooking is concerned. Never look elsewhere. Namaste Plaza is the place to be.

Love it because I can get almost everything to cook Indian cuisine, right from ingredients. If you like ready-to-eat packs, they are available in plenty too. There is a big shelf with Indian snacks and sweets close to cash counter as well hot samosas etc in the heated container nearby. But the price of samosas are especially double that of the same stuff at the same Namaste Plaza at Fremont. I totally can't understand why there is such a huge difference.

I could consistently find all the ingredients (spices, in particular) I needed to experiment with Indian cuisine.
They have a very wide selection of products.
A nice plus is that non-vegetarian items are isolated to prevent confusion.
(Also, the staff is very friendly and going the extra mile help, as I could experience.)

Best indian store in north bay. Madras Groceries is my favorite indian store but the commute is not feasible on a regular basis. This store has a good variety of snacks and fresh rotis (which are a savior!). The veggie produce is not consistently fresh - it can be bad on some days but prices are reasonable. Sadly, they never have curry leaves in stock and even when they do - they are not fresh which is a pity as it's such a critical ingredient in indian cooking. Nevertheless - this is the best option for indian ingredients if you live south of SF and north of Palo Alto.

Namaste Plaza is good store they have a good selection and specially in festival time very nice collections. Best indian market Veggies have been actually pretty good and cheap. Spice selection is enormous(i think) and well priced. They have wide DVDs collections.

The collection of indian items are good.
The indian street food (like somosa and puff) in oven are but bit pricy compared to fremont.
Cons:
They have to improve hygiene and tidiness.
The items are bit pricey compared to neighborhood.

Nice place to buy Indian groceries. I find a few things are costlier than Namaste Plaza at Fremont. Cashiers can be more friendlier instead of behaving as if they are doing as a favour of selling to us.

I’ve had an amazing experience lately. Friendly service and great management. A nice place to shop Indian groceries. Love to visit again.

Well organized store with almost all Indian groceries available. They also have locally made rotis, parathas and thheplas available here

Good selection. Good prices. One of the only Indian groceries mid- Peninsula. This is our go to place for Indian food ingredients.

The place is good and would say only Indian grocery store in the vicinity of Redwood city. It has the needed grocery items maybe you won’t get a lot of choices. Service out here is good.

Love this market for its fresh produce. Meanwhile it has so many things spices, rices, teas..anything needed for East Indian cuisine and the like 👍

Great place. Namaste Plaza Belmont is the only store to get all Indian Groceries at one place and I would highly recommend to everyone. Staff is really helpful and friendly(Thank you staff)
