By far the best staff. Ying & Chris were phenomenal. Knowledgeable, patient, kind & efficient. They both effortlessly worked together as a team to assist with our family phone lines. Grateful for their expertise throughout the whole experience. Would highly recommend visiting this store.

Upgraded to a new iPhone and the AT&T team at this location made it a wonderfully stress free experience. I came here from the Hillsdale store where they were understaffed and couldn’t help me. The Belmont store folks were awesome !

John at the Belmont ATT store went above and beyond to help me with my new phone. He was very patient and we even shared some laughs while accomplishing setting up my phone. The whole team is knowledgeable and friendly.

Fantastic service with store associate John. After a terrible trade in attempt that left me empty handed at the Hillsdale location I went to the Belmont location (near Safeway) to upgrade my phone. There was no wait. John showed me how to order through the AT&T app and I was in and out quickly with my new phone scheduled to be delivered soon.

Chris Singh has helped me pick out accessories for my phone and he even installed my screen protector with no bubbles greeted me with a smile and welcomed me warmly very professional!!

I had amazing experience working with Jorge, upgrading my old Iphone for the new one. The whole thing took less than 30 mins plus I also signed up for an amazing fiber service for 1/3rd of the Comcast's price. Adios Comcast, welcome ATT fiber. Jorge was amazing too - great customer service.

Superb customer service from Joel and the team. We initially went to the AT&T store beside DSW on Hillsdale. We left that store because of the terrible service. So glad we decided to come here instead. We upgraded 4 phones and Joel patiently walked us through the various phone options and plans. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Store was clean and parking was easy. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best services ever. And I really mean it. For a very strange reason, when I transfer my line from ATT to another carrier the line was activated in T Mobile and in ATT at the same time. Nobody in ATT knew how to solve the problem, until I went to ATT in Belmont and Jane took care of my case as if it was her own problem. She did the calls to Technicians, port departments and any department that could find out the reason of the problem and fix it. She took more than 3 hours talking with the people on the phone. Next day they say the problem will be solved, but it wasn't. So I got back to the store and she, again, took my case and made the calls again... two more hours until my problem was solved. She made a great job, the job that anyone in any other store (Hillsdale) did or anyone on the phone. Thank you sooo muchhh!!!!

I want to commend Matthew who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my visit today. My number got suspended and later we figured that all we had to do was just to call and get a representative on the phone, which I can just do myself, but he insisted that he would do it for me. I definitely had a good time and wish him a successful career!
