I found the manager of this store to be very patient and understanding when I presented her with a problem I was having understanding how the Lotto was played and about the payouts. She explained everything to me to my satisfaction!!

I once had an exceptional problem with place, the staff at the time would lie to me not be very friendly and the store just wasn't a place I liked to go to. Over the past 5 to 6 years those problems have gone away and now I get greeted by those working has I walk in the store along with everyone else that walks in. Also the store has been cleaned up a lot. Even in the area that the store is in is not the greatest I still feel safe to walk in the place and get what I need. Also the staff is helpful when it comes to using things like loading money on the cash app card. They explained what was needed and how it worked making it easy for me to understand.

Thank you to this location. For being able to load my prepaid cards here. Other Tacoma locations always say their machine is down or that they don’t load those cards. Very inconvenient for the customer . They should put a sign on door and on their google site that they don’t offer that service.

Best store!!!! I go out of my way to go to this store when I live next door to one. Employees are amazing and the best. I had one issue and Micheal dealt with it immediately and seriously! Best prices around and treat customers like they are important. Best part is there is rarely loiters outside and that's a huge plus in my book.

We love 711 , until sensation starting working there, he lives in his van and is against the homeless, he helps others out and cards 50 year olds n 30 year olds. He might be racist against native americans now, that he started working at 711, cuz before he started working here he use 5o help us out. Now he 8s against us as he is homeless his self

Lindsay has very good customer service and very friendly. She has a good smile and helpful.

Since this location recently switched from a franchised store over to a corporate run location I have seen much improvement. The NEW store manager is very responsive and willing to consider her customers opinions. Staff is now friendly and the store feels cleaner and more welcoming. Possible 5 stars if they keep gping in this direction. Only complaint is they never have bags of ice 😕
