AT&T Store

I'm so glad I decided to come to this AT&T! I didn't realize it was there and had been going to the mall where I haven't had the best service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Augustina helped me set up my new phone and was very helpful. If you have AT&T I highly recommend coming here and see why they have 5 stars! Thanks again for all your help!

Came into this AT&T store because I needed a new phone since mine broke. Got a great deal on a phone! Staff was so professional and polite to my kids and I. They went above and beyond. It was a very pleasurable experience and I’ll be coming back here again. Definitely 5 star service! Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service! They didn’t had the phone I wanted in store but Dwayne went out his way for his customer and brought it from another store, got me exactly what I wanted. A very knowledgeable lady which I’m assuming is the manager (can’t remember her name) and him informed of all the available discounted plans and gave me the most they could for my money. If you’re in the Tacoma or Tukwila area (we know in most of Tacoma and Tukwila customer service isn’t the best) come to this store, trust me, is worth the professionalism and the attention you get from these great sales associates. Oh my goodness!! I can not say enough about the team here. Amazing customer service… My son and I came to get a notary and had a few challenges… Thankfully we came upon AT&T. They provided exceptional customer service by printing documents for us and doing it with a smile… This is something you could never train. I 100% recommend this store without any reservation..

I was a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years. One day while at work I was approached by Augustina and Mallory and they gave my business account a facelift! Not only did I get all my devices upgraded but I also added a few! With a substantial discount to my T-Mobile bill.I’ve had nothing but excellent service from the AT&T on 72nd St., East. The manager Augustina goes above and beyond to serve her customers with nothing but excellence. The staff is courteous. The store is clean and the wait time was perfect for my schedule.

The staff at this store ROCK! My experience with Augustine and Mallory has been awesome, they are both helpful, charming and great at their job!

Augustina was my lord and savior and assisted me with getting my entire family to switch over. Patient staff and never pushed for anything more than what I needed. I'm incredibly happy with the level of service they provide here and will be coming back.

My old phone finally died after 5 good years. I had gone to another location with no help and the workers not listening when I said it was dead and couldn't be charged; told me to go to best buy since they had no inventory of phones i was looking for. But the next day I called this location to make sure they had inventory which they did. Though the phone I was looking for wasn't in stick, Dwyane, helped me pick and set up my new S23 FE. All in all great customer service and no need to keep repeating myself. I'd go back for questions and concerns. This location is hidden in the corner next to a Starbucks and a really good Thai place I was recommended. Thanks again Dwyane, love my new phone and case!

Best experience at a cell phone carrier, ever!! After over 2 hours of super frustrating conversations gone nowhere with AT&T over the phone, Dwayne fixed my issues and then some in like 5 minutes. Forever doing my business in person at this location only from now on. Thanks so much for all your help today!!!!

Amazing customer service. Dwayne and Ron went out of their way to help me find the 15 plus! The manager even drove to another store for me. Great environment, super knowledgeable.

Very appreciative people. They took there time to really help me fix my phone I had just gotten from a insurance claim. Sure it took over an hour plus. Thank you to Augustina, Dwayne and Ronald. Respect.

Great service at this location! Was having an activation issue and thought it would be an hour in there. They had me out in less than 15 minutes.

Came in for a new screen protector and Dwayne let me know that i actually had a lifetime warranty on my screen protector that I didn’t even know about, such a great staff and very knowledgeable

Ron and Dwayne really knew what they were doin, helped me look at my plan and even got me a discount on my account because im a union worker
