The young guy that works the register should honestly get A raise! He used his own money too pay for my items when my card wasn't working and it wasn't cheap! Not to mention he was so patient with me, such A nice kid and really shocked me with his generosity, anybody else would of been annoyed and fed up with me and this guy treated me with so much kindness! Thank you.

I love big lots.. everyone who works here,is always a familiar face as long as I've been shopping here.only thing I don't like,is I always buy more than I went in the store for lol....72nd big lots the best...🤷🏽‍♀😜💕

Shout out to Connie who helped us with our patio furniture. Her customer service and support is very appreciated! She took the time to help us take it out of the huge box and load it in our vehicle. We truly appreciate your patience.

Great selection of items that I couldn't find anywhere and the Victoria is awesome 👏 in there customer service. Victoria should get a raise 🙌 for all her hard work and knowledge of the store and inventory 💯Keep up the great job Victoria.

Been in and out of this shop quite a bit after moving up here, with each visit being just as pleasant as the first. Staff are all very attentive and will periodically ask if I have any questions or need any help as I peruse the aisles or furniture sections.

Some shelves in the snack aisle are a little messy, but nowhere near as bad some of the previous reviews make it out to be.

Big lots has a great selection of household items. The furniture and household goods can help you create a comfortable and inviting home.

I truly enjoy shopping here. This is almost one stop shopping trip. They just dont have meat, fruits and vegetables, but they do have non perishable items and a small selection of refrigerated items, like milk, eggs cheese, ice cream, etc.... They have furniture, bedding, pillows, rugs, curtains wash cloths and more. They dont have clothes but they do have socks and sometimes underwear.

Super nice store ! Spotless clean, organized , associates were all nice and the cashier ,Lou , was awesome. Also unsold all the other places I shop on identical, name - brand items ! I'll be back !

This big lots is very organized...plus they have great furniture at great prices.. Management and all staff were really nice.

Had to stop in on Christmas Eve to get a couple last minute items. As usual, I was able to get what I needed and more! I love looking at all of the variety they have and plenty of cashiers to handle the crowds so check-out was fairly quick and smooth.

Big Lots is great and the new store has furniture! Save money in a clean and friendly environment. The only thing I would say is that they need more lighting in the parking lot. It's pretty dark at night. But a great place to shop for sure!

The prices don't seem to be as good as they used to be. The lady working the counter was really nice she even saved me $5 by signing up with my email address and phone number. But lots of good shopping here.

Discounts galore tour price priced low and clearances. Are great especially during g. Major holidays......uknow want to dress up the. Bathroom they great selection of Cafe or living room curtains. And hooks wall racks and curtain rods....some event great living room recliners and living room sofas.........

Veva is fantastic! She helped us with several purchases of outdoor furniture and we even cancelled one order at a different location to go back to her! Veva is helpful, funny and top notch at her customer service skills! This is and will be our #1 Big Lots!!

Clean, tidy, usually stocked with certain food items that we find hard to get or much more expensive in other stores. Also has a great selection of less expensive household & sundry items.
Yes, it is one of our weekly stops on our "shopping day."
